IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

On the advice of our Veterinarian, the shelter will be closed due to the recent discovery of a gastrointestinal infectious disease.
This is a treatable infection however,
we feel it best to take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and health of our animals, and those who may visit the shelter with their pets.
We appreciate your understanding and will keep you posted as things progress.
There is no immediate danger to our community or owned animals.
Only the kennel area and cat rooms are closed and meet and greets suspended.
The lobby is open for donations and lottery tickets - again, this is being done as a precautionary measure only.
