We had the perfect summer for testing the OneTigris K9 foldable, elevated bed! 😎

We ended up taking it on two camping trips as it is super easy to assemble, very packable, lightweight, and easy to clean. 👌
I love every detail so far 😉

The Waggle Pet Monitor is a device that monitors temperature and humidity levels in real time to ensure the safety and comfort of pets. This monitor operates exclusively within the United States only on the Verizon network.

Waggle's key features include real-time alerts for temperature, humidity, and heat index changes, as well as notifications for power loss and power recovery. As it is a cell-based tracker, it can notify you even when you are away from the RV/vehicle (as long as there is cell coverage) - not like Bluetooth-based monitors. 😎

We are finishing the summer and starting to write the review of all the products we have used this season 😎

The Ruffwear Switchback is a minimalistic backpack with two small pockets. It has three straps, three buckles, and five adjustment points. It comes in three colors with beautiful details! 😎

I like that it is a low-profile backpack that doesn't bounce on the dog. It
also doesn't cover too much of the dog which is a pro in the summer heat.
It is a versatile harness/vest/backpack that can be a good choice for a hike even if you don't need the backpack functionality because it is not bulky. 😉

The KNN Carbon Harness is a low-profile, versatile harness that we have been using for many outings! 😍 It is a light, but padded harness that stays in place well and is great for structured walks and city outings.

I love how the color accent pops, it actually makes it very elegant in real life even though the black harness is harder to see on Zulu. 👌

The harness uses vegan PU, a strong, antibacterial, and eco-friendly fabric. It is available in sizes XS to XL and colors black, yellow, pink, and sky blue, the harness is manufactured in Barcelona, Spain.🤓

I love small companies offering fully custom products because I can get really creative! 😉🦄

Trotting Dog Gear (.dog.gear.co on Instagram) offers endless customization options and you can add the dog's name and/or your phone number (or any other text) right on the collar. No dangling tags that can get lost while still having the peace of mind that the most important information is on the collar! 👌

You can mix and match the color and material of the padding, webbing, text, and hardware to end up with your dream gear. The fluffy lining options are also great for dogs with sensitive skin! 😉

Loving the versatility of the Black Lab Brands Trailblazer travel bed! 😊

This is a waterproof, odor-resistant, and durable mat that can handle scratching and digging! It can be rolled up for storage and it's easy to carry with the detachable handle (that can also double as a leash!) 👌

We have been using it for camping, as a crate mat and it was great when I picked up Zu after her spay as the poor pup was drooling a lot.
The material is so sturdy and easy to clean that I don't need to worry about it, and it is padded enough to keep Zu comfortable. 😉

I was just editing summer photos and realized that never posted these. ☀️🙂

I wanted to share them because I think they really show the Non-stop dogwear Protector Life Vest features.

When playing with toys, it was really visible how wearing this life jacket allowed Zu to keep her head above the water level when bringing the toys back which prevented swallowing a lot of water which can be an issue with her when swimming "naked".

I am a big fan of the super light and breathable material and love that the top floatation material is sectioned out. These features create a more flexible vest, making gear-shy dogs like Zulu more comfortable and it's also ideal if your dog is running around and turning a lot when wearing the life jacket. 👌

Since Zulu is a hard-to-fit dog, I really appreciate custom-made, fully adjustable harnesses. 🤓

Recovering from the spay surgery is a great time to work on muzzle training with our new Big Snoof Dog Gear muzzle! 😁 Very comfortable pantroom!

The chin and potentially the neck straps need a bit more adjustment but I want to see her moving around with it a bit more before doing further adjustments. 😉
I love that they offer endless customization options from the powder coating colors to the Biothane parts and of course, the sizing of the muzzle to fit dogs with different head shapes.👌

I am excited to continue muzzle training Zu with one that is a comfortable fit! 🙂
Even though she doesn't have any behavior issues, I want to get her comfortable with muzzling to ensure she is fine wearing one if she ever needs to. It can help a stressful situation so much if that is not the first time they experience being muzzled.😉

Currently taking a little "break" as Zulu got spayed yesterday. 👀 Everything went as planned and she is recovering well so far! ☺️

While we slow down, I hope to finish a few reviews once Zu is not as high maintenance. 😅

To connect back to DGR - I can highly recommend the recovery suit! I purchased it and have no relationship with the company, it's just a note for anyone else looking for a breathable, well-made suit that fits the dogs well and is easy to put on/take off. 😉

I travel alone with Zulu regularly and am driven by enough bad accidents to want to have a plan for an emergency. 🤨

Those Tube Things created their tubes to make it easy to add emergency info and/or leash and collars to a crate so it's right there when needed.✅
For now, I just created a basic version and added some info about her insurance, our vet contact details, info about her, and a few contact numbers on where she could be dropped off if needed.

I hope we never need it but if we do, it's such a simple way to make a bad situation easier for everyone.

It was super helpful for camping to reinforce Zulu's off-switch. The material is so sturdy that I didn't need to worry about keeping it on the ground and still, it was padded enough to keep Zu comfortable. 😉

With the recent camping trips, we finally had a chance to use Ruffwear 's new Mt. EverRest Cot Bed as intended! 😎

It has a one-piece frame constructed with shock-corded aluminum poles so it's quick and easy to assemble (similar to a tent)! 👌
When the frame is assembled, I just add the reinforced microsuede top which is treated with a water-repellent finish so Zu has a comfy spot to rest. 😊

The top can be easily removed and washed in the washing machine.

It only comes in one size but that worked pretty well for Zulu.😉

Zulu wants to tell you about her Dog Mocs! 😎

These boots are made in the US - out of tough, durable deerskin! They promise protection from hot pavement, rough trails, and cold ground.😉

Deerskin is a “Dry-Soft” leather. While cowhide leather tends to harden and crack over repeated cycles of getting wet and drying, deerskin will continue to dry back to its natural, soft feel. Water will not affect the performance and life span of the Dog Mocs. 👌

The soft material allows dogs to have a good ground feel making them more comfortable. Zulu didn't need any time to get used to walking in them and she is a gear-shy dog! 💪

The opening on the side allows the paws to breathe which can be crucial in the summer heat when dogs sweat on their paws to cool down.
