🥰 This is Puff (open to names) he is a male, very friendly. I pulled him with Scout and Thumbelina out of the same colony where they were dumped. He has gorgeous fur, much like a Palas Cat, picture below. Because I won't any animal leave until I'm sure they are sterilized I asked my friend how to be sure he is fixed. So...... she told me to reach back there and feel his testicles, lol, what???? me, "shouldn't I wait until he decompresses, or buy him a glass of wine?" I did it, he is a male, and I still don't know if he is fixed 🤣. There is no microchip and no postings for any kitty that looks like this handsome boy so as soon as I'm certain he is neutered he will be up for adoption. 🥰

🏡 We’re building something beautiful — and you’re invited to be part of it.

Today on , we’re asking for your help to complete our new Cattery — a 30x12 ft building designed for rescued cats to recover, play, and be adopted. Karen Hansen, our fearless leader, took out a personal loan to make this dream a reality — because the need is just that urgent.

The finished space will include four rooms full of sunlight, cat trees, windowsills to nap on, benches for guests to visit with the kitties, and all the little touches that make it feel like home.

😿 We hear heartbreaking stories every day. Cats abandoned. Litters left in boxes. Seniors tossed aside. And still… we say “yes” to as many as we can.

Today on , you can help us say “yes” a little more easily.
We’re building a dedicated Cattery — a peaceful place for rescued cats to recover, play, and meet their future families. It’s a 30x12' building with four rooms full of sunshine, climbing trees, and window views.

A dear friend and I were talking yesterday about a few different cat projects that we worked hard to help with. Sadly, after many months even a year or so each of us had to walk away. She mentioned a term, "BREEDER FEEDERS." I've never heard that before, so I chuckled.

😇I wanted to give a huge shout out to a wonderful young lady who stepped up to help this little dog. Sky found this cute little girl wandering the street in Redding. Sky picked her up and brought her home, put up several posts trying to find her owner. I read several comments and there were many people who wanted this little girl so I private messaged Sky. I asked her if she had been checked for a microchip and a few other questions, including please don't just give her to anyone claiming she is their dog. After a couple of conversations Sky shared with me that the little dog wasn't eating and she was becoming concerned. I told her that I would take her and we would continue to look for her owner for 30 days. The little dog would only eat wet food if I hand fed her, she had tarter on her teeth and extremely bad breath which was concerning, she was very friendly, very underweight and clearly has teeth issues. After a day or so Sky contacted me with the owner's information. Little Coco is an escape artist, she got out of their yard in Corning, it sounds like an ongoing problem, someone picked her up and gave the little dog to her brother in Redding. I met Coco's owners at the same time I dropped off Valentine & Heart yesterday. Because I am so concerned for this little girl I offered to take her so that I could have her teeth taken care of and have blood work done in case there is something else going on. The owner wanted to keep Coco, all I could do was give her my business card and let her know that I would be happy to take her in at any time if they changed their mind. I did express great concern about Coco getting out, explaining that she could have easily ended up out of the area and never have been seen again. THANK YOU, SKY, YOU ARE AN AMAZING PERSON FOR GETTING THIS LITTLE GIRL OFF OF THE STREET AND FINDING HER OWNER. 😇
