Ararat Canine Obedience Club Inc. Club Membership is now due for Renewal.

Annual Club Membership Renewal : $ 50.00 per Year.

Ararat Canine Obedience Club Inc. Membership Period is valid each year from the Commencement of the new Training Year (February) to the end of the Current Year (December).

When Renewing or Registering your Club Membership, please bring along current and Updated Copies of the Dog's or Puppy's Vaccination Record so, the Club can sight it for OHS Policies.

Membership Renewal Period Closes WEDNESDAY APRIL 24, 2024.
If Payment is not received by this Date then the Membership will Lapse.

Today (Wednesday, February 28) has been Declared a Catastrophic Fire Weather Day and the Ararat Canine Obedience Club Inc. also. has a Heat Policy which states that if the Weather and Temperature are at 35 DEGREES and ABOVE, Dog Training DOES NOT OPERATE on these Days.

Today's Weather is at 37 degrees, so Training has been CANCELLED for the Session for ALL CLASSES.

If you are located in the Declared Fire Danger areas, please stay safe and Stay at Home or in your Safety Area as you, your Families and your Dog’s Safety and Well-being are Top Priorities.

The Ararat Canine Obedience Club Inc. has Basic Dog Obedience Classes that for approximately 6-8 weeks address Many Topics from Basic Obedience Skills (Sit, Stand, Drop, etc.), Socialisation Sessions (Dog to Person, Dog to Dog, etc.), and address Problem Behaviours such as; jumping up, pulling on the Lead, plus many more.

The Ararat Canine Obedience Club Inc. is a Non for Profit Community Group committed to providing Dog Behaviour and Training Classes for Everyone in the Local and Surrounding Areas.
However, the Organisation has been facing some Difficult Choices regarding Cost of Living Increases and has unfortunately decided to increase Dog Membership and Training Fees from the 2023 Training Season and beyond.

The Correct and Current Fees below are as follows;

ACOC Inc. Associate Membership Registration Fee $60.00
Any Additional People Included $ 10.00 per person.

Weekly Training Session Fee (per Session) $ 6.00 per dog

*** ATTENTION STAWELL COMMUNITY AND PARTICIPANTS - STAWELL TRAINING CLOSURE !! ***

Dear Stawell Participants and Surrounding Community,

I have received recent notification from the President and the Ararat Canine Obedience Club Inc. Committee of Management that it is with deep regret and an Extremely Difficult Decision regarding Behaviour and Training Classes in Stawell that the Club has decided to Close Training Classes from Tuesday, February 7, 2023.

Please find enclosed clarification of this it is truly heartbreaking as I have thoroughly enjoyed providing the Stawell and Surrounding Community the Opportunity to Inform and Educate regarding Responsible Dog Ownership with Behaviour and Training.

Training is still available in Ararat on Wednesday nights which you are more than welcome to attend.

Thank you for all your Kindness and Support over the Past 15+ years and Good Luck with your Dog Training Adventures.
