I never give bad reviews, simply because it could ruin that business which can hurt ppl ! I had a lady & her husband literally steal a furniture kennel last year but I let it go…God handled that however Lowes 🤦🏻‍♀️ is a corporation and if I’d actually gotten somewhere by now then this would not be an issue! I doubt we EVER EVER use Lowe’s in Philadelphia again or anywhere else ! We’ve gave them a lot of business but they have yet to deliver and it’s not looking good ! Over a week late ! Not only that I’ve been called by different ppl including drivers who have just said I’m not getting wet in the rain or lied that they even drove for Lowe’s after calling me . We used to know the manager but he’s no longer there… If we have to spend more and use smaller businesses or even use Home Depot in Brandon then that will happen, I am just so disappointed in a local company that treats its customers like they are not important after they’ve spent a lot . Lowes if you just happen to get word of this… making things right actually means something, at least to me 😔

So we have a custom coop and super excited about the finish 😁 however it’s been a process and maybe some ppl don’t understand the ordering process so this is prime example, our bank ( probably need to switch 🤦🏻‍♀️) would not take a check due to different ink color then held another check written over weekend, now Lowes is LATE ‼️ I mean it’ll be here this morning ( 3 days ago) and now this evening which was at 3:30 but still no show 😩 so when I give finish dates , mostly on a custom it may be a minute… we really strive to make those fur babies & family happy 💓 Grace & Patients! God bless us all 🙏
