October is Pet Wellness Month.

Cold weather close means that your senior pups might start feeling more aches and pains. What can you do to help them during the winter?

1. Provide them omega 3s and fatty acids to their meals. No kibble can provide that for them. This is something you should always supplement with. It's highly beneficial for many reasons.

2. Have a natural pain reliever available for the days that they might need.

3. Use pet safe rock salt during the winter for ice.

4. Put them on a high quality joint supplement with ingredients such as glucosamine, green-lipped mussel, and chondroitin.

5. Before going outside during the winter, consider applying a pet balm to their pads. It can help protect them and keep their pads moisturized.

Bravecto, Bravecto Plus, Nexgard, Simparica, Simparica Trio, Credelio, Revolution Plus all contain Isoxazoline which is a neurotoxin! ☠️

It is only supposed to be toxic to the parasites however, data is showing the toxicity is NOT limited to parasites and we are seeing many adverse reactions in dogs and cats.

Some adverse reactions that my clients have seen include:
• Aggression
• Personality changes
• Seizures
