One beautiful thing I have learnt about animals is that they truly, truly 'Seize the day'.

How Luxury Petsitters Was Born.

Eva and I had looked after dogs for 20 years and as we acquired all of them within a relatively short period of time they all sadly passed away over the last four years. They lived long, happy lives 16+ all of them; Vicky the Alsatian, Ludde the Cocker Spaniel, Caya the Street Dog with a long tongue and finally Nina the Good Mother. After saying goodbye to Nina in 2017 the house was suddenly silent and empty. The same night we had Nina cremated Eva saw an ad on Facebook asking for someone to look after a little dog called Max for a few days. Eva answered that we had a lovely house and garden and would love to help these people out and it all rollercoastered from there.

We are now firm friends with Max and his mum and dad and as we have been active residents in the community for so many years, word soon spread about this little dog paradise we have here. We aim to offer a home from home for your pet, not only dogs, and will follow your rules and rituals as far to the letter as possible- some persistent pets have insisted on sharing our bed, despite having a basket of their own :) Please feel free to pay us a visit anytime.
