I stretch, you stretch, we stretch.

Hercules was the perfect gentleman, doing all the stretching himself so I didn’t have to put in the work.

Since I have a few new followers I’ll give a refresher on what exactly it is I do!
Over the course of three years i took courses and was certified in Equine Structural integration, it’s the perfect tool for stretching fascial tissue and releasing tension and pain from all areas of the body.

Fascia is located pretty much everywhere in the body and tiny knots or “holdings” can cause some problems if they aren’t “removed”. Problems like pulling bones out of place or as simple as not being able to pick up a lead. If you are constantly in need of a chiropractor this is probably why.
Thorough fascial work can cause suppleness, better performance, better circulation, quicker healing, less injuries, better flexibility, and just an overall different horse.
Often a horse that seems unwilling to do a task is probably uncomfortable or even in pain. So be sure to cover all your bases including fascial tissue as it is often forgotten.

Meet Decker everyone! After a long but much needed maternity leave I will be starting to schedule again in the next few weeks! That being said, I will be limiting the number of horse per week as I try to manage being a mom of two crazy boys. So shoot me a text, or give me a call and I’ll put you in my calendar.
It’s Horse Season FINALLY! So let’s get those horses feeling their best before we put em to work!

I work on cows now... just kidding, just this cow. Please don’t come to me with your wild bovine.

This little cow got stuck in the mud and had to be yanked out so she’s pretty sore, Carrie Miller texted and asked if I’d work on her cow so of course I said heck ya!

Let’s talk about 👏🏻TOPLINES👏🏻

First of all their are so many reasons your horse’s top line could be suffering.

1. Being ridden at too young of an age
2. Bad saddle fit
3. Stall rest/living in a stall
4. Lameness
5. Pain
6. Age
7. Bad diet

These are just some of the reasons.

I find more often than not that my clients are having problems building or maintaining a healthy top line.

There are exercises you can do but if they are in pain, it will only cause a negative response. So evaluate the reason why before beginning muscle building exercises.

If your horse lives in a stall and isn’t getting out enough to use their muscles, try letting them out for the majority of the day.

Let’s talk about AGE.
Older horses lose top lines FAST. Make sure they are getting proper feed, that their teeth are in good shape, and that they have plenty of space to move and use their muscles.
An old horse with a healthy top line can last longer than you think.

And 🥳SURPRISE🥳
SI work can help build muscle! If you can get their backs (well every muscle honestly) freed up and have them comfortably using all of their muscles your horses’ muscle mass will improve greatly!

I’m Addisyn.

The girl behind the hands that do all the work.

I don’t use any tools aside from my hands and occasionally my arms.
I KNOW every horse can benefit from Structural Integrative work.
What is that you ask?
In my own words, and to put it quite bluntly, it’s untying all of your horses fascial knots. When this is done successfully your horse can move more freely and more balanced.

However, this takes between 3-5 sessions. And if choose we can do as many as you desire.

This is not chiropractics, this is working with the tissue connected to the horses bones, intestines, tendons, ligaments, ALL OF IT.

If you are constantly taking your horse to a chiropractor, this is for you, right fascial tissue can cause bones to continuously move out of place because of the fascial tissue attached to them, pulling it out of place during physical activity or just their daily life in the pasture. This can reduce the need for chiro work as often.

So contact me today, free up your equine friends and enjoy them in a more comfortable state. No one likes being uncomfortable and tight.

$55 a session. Free Evaluations. Text me today. (406)407-8901
