A few very important piece of information for everyone looking to book with me or having an existing reservation already.
🔸February is completely booked up for boarding! If you have a last minute request though, please send it to me and I can put you on my waitinglist.
❗️I also cannot book in any more Meet&Greets for February as all the available slots that I could allocate for these visits are now booked up-again, if any cancellations I can always bring meetings ahead.
🔸 March is full between 19th-31st and has limited spaces throughout the whole month both for boarding and meet and greets.
🔸April, May, June and July all have limited spaces available.
❗️ Due to the many bookings I currently cannot always accomodate puppies under the age of one! They require constant attention and I sometimes won’t book them in if I feel they would keep me from taking proper care of other dogs. So this is subject to a meet&greet and trial day(s) prior to a booking.
❗️ Until a Meet&Greet is done I cannot confirm bookings and I also can’t hold spaces for anybody. This unfortunately also means that if you have a meet and greet scheduled but the space gets booked in for your requested dates I can no longer accept your booking.
I do my absolute best to try and meet up asap with everybody who has an approaching holiday and it’s urgent to finalise petcare, but I can only do this without causing disruption for my boarded dogs with the frequent coming and going in my house.
❗️And so my next point is: please please be aware that I cannot have any meet and greets running longer then an absolute maximum of 20mins!! My boarded dogs are separated in a different room for the length of a M&G and it’s essential they don’t spend too much time alone. If I let you know it’s time to wrap it up please don’t think I am being unwelcoming, I really hope everybody understands this💞 I do send out a reminder form before every M&G to bring attention to this, it is super important for me/us.
❗️ I am not going to collect deposits for bookings except for boarding longer then 2 weeks.
I am however charging a cancellation fee, and by signing your boarding contract you do agree with this fee and everything that my Terms and Condition states, so please be aware🙂
Paperwork doesn’t need to be brought for your M&G(although I thank for my very diligent clients for doing this so🥰) You can bring it with you for when the booking starts or emailing it over.
❤️ Our instagram will soon run a Frequently Asked Questions session daily, this might be of help for many of you so please do join us there. I will save these stories in my Highlights so everyone can look back on them(if I manage to find how to do this😅)
❤️Please bare with me while I try to keep up with messages, on 5 different platform it is not easy- my preferred way of contact is Whatsapp so don’t be shy adding me☺️
❤️ And lastly, this high demand for sitters that I’ve never seen before is due to all the ‘lockdown puppies’ and dogsitters sadly falling out of business at the same time. I so understand the frustration and I WISH I could accomodate everyone but I only have 4 spaces!!
