We often post content of our foster litters of kittens and puppies through and many of you have mentioned your interest in potentially fostering litters yourselves. Today you have the opportunity! These 20 puppies need a temporary home. All 10 must go together. If you have the space, in your heart & home to foster these adorable littles, please reach out to us.

We love working with local businesses to source the ingredients we don’t grow, and this week we are featuring Chilean black winter truffles from that we just can’t wait to share with farm stay guests who are fungi fans. Not only was this a fun practice in culinary basics such as portioning and precision cuts, but we are losing our minds over this dish. Crispy seared albacore from , sticky rice, pineapple salsa & chili crisp.
We’re reaching that time of year. The last of the colorful harvests. Of hidden growth beneath the surface and storing energy for later use. Let’s follow the example of nature and work on our roots this coming season so that we might flower all the more in spring .
We feel so lucky to be able to grow and source such amazing ingredients as these. The colors on this plate simulate fall happening in real time. Sushi grade albacore from with skin crisps, charred tomatoes, arugula, creamy mustard vinaigrette, and smoked garlic skin ash from our own harvest.
