LIVE ANIMAL SHIPPING & GUARANTEE
Shipping is based on location and ranges anywhere from $40-60 on average. We ship through Reptiles2You priority overnight to the shipping address provided during checkout. You must contact us after placing your order to set up a suitable shipping date. All geckos come with a Live Arrival and 7 day health guarantee. We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. W
e must have all shipping addresses and info by noon the day of shipment, or else we will not ship that day. PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available on orders higher than $200, and to place an animal on hold I must have at least 25% of the purchase price. WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US AS THE SELLER
We promise the animal to be comparable to the photos shown in the ad, as we try our absolute hardest to make the photos as accurate as possible. We will snap quick cellphone photos if asked, however we are not required to take professional videos or photos after the sale. We will hold animals during periods of poor weather, for any amount of time necessary and at no charge to the customer. We do not issue refunds in the event we cannot ship due to the weather. We are not held liable for refunds should the buyer decide they no longer want the gecko, can’t make the payment plan, or if anything comes up on the buyers end. We will not offer refunds for minor cosmetic (tail loss/etc) issues. If you decide that you no longer want the animal, we will offer equal store credit. We will not refund any payments unless we feel so inclined, such as a geckos death before shipment or something that was preventable by us. BUYERS RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us by email or message after placing an order, to determine the most appropriate day for shipping and to provide us with any additional information we may need. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that someone is at the shipping address on the day the package is scheduled to arrive, or is picking the animal up from the hub. We also require an email, message, text, or phone call within 15 minutes of package delivery or pickup. This means you must keep an eye out for your delivery driver to make sure the package is not left at your doorstep exposed to the elements. All guarantees are void if someone is not present for the first delivery attempt or if we are not contacted within 15 minutes of delivery. If you’re shipping to hub, please try to pick up before or around noon, as the longer the package sits the more potential there is for error. If you have to wait longer, please notify me.
