My first time producing Lemon Ghost Sable Condas and I'm looking forward to watching their color develop. I'm curious to understand how Sable and LG develop over time. Does anyone with yearlings or adults want to share a photo or two?

Pink Pastel Albino (PPA) is an extremely underrated morph. One of the earliest hognose morphs (and the one from which conda was discovered), early lines were plagued by issues from detrimental line breeding. Through the work of dedicated breeders, we have much more robust lines of PPA today.

This was a clutch from a female PPA superconda I obtained from the UK as a hatxhlibg, bred to a first time breeding male arctic PPA conda that I produced. Now comes the fun part of watching them grow and develop, and then figuring out which are arctic. I have a few clues already. Can you spot them?

Nearly a month old and the mandarin hognose are thriving. Most are on their 6-7 feed. All but 2 are feeding on unscented FT pinky mice, 1 is feeding on tuna, 1 has not yet fed. I wanted to share a few pictures of this girl to show her colors and pattern. I've included a few of the ventrum. There are very obvious features of both pulcher and dorbignyi.

Mandarin hognose update: Nearly all are feeding, most have fed several times. Belly patterns and colors tend to favor pulcher (black flanked by white), but there are two that are much more dorbignyi-like (black and red). Visual sexing is tentatively 4.5.1.

First hatchling of 2024. Elaphe dione (Tenebrosa Red) emerged 20 days after oviposition and ate a pinky. This species is rewarding and easy to work with

Clutches 3 and 4 of 2024 from the diones. Two nice Tenebrosa. My females have oviposited on average of 30 days following pre-lay shed. N=7, Max=35, Min=26.
