She has an thorough background in dog training starting at the age of 13 but was learning what she could independently since 9 years of age. She also took part in a 6 year partnership/apprenticeship with a local dog trainer at the age of 18 helping at out with youth agility training. She is extremely passionate about training and showing but works a day job to pay rent. She believes in creating a

healthy relationship between dog and owner based on science and personal experience with her own dogs. Most recently she completed a 2 year volunteer position as the Obedience Trainer for a youth dog training group that competes in various dog sports. I tried to get pictures of Elodie but she is just too stressed out. Our humane agents removed her from a home last thursday after her mom passed away. Thankfully she started eating a couple days ago so we know that she has not completely shut down. But we want to get her out of here and back into a loving home.

She was in a home with another cat, but we don't know much more than that. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Resist the urge to tell us that the cats need to stay together. Not all cats living in the same home are bonded. Mine are not. We struggle to get adult cats adopted as it is, especially during kitten season. Bonding two adults would extend their stay much longer - and our goal is to get them into homes as quickly as possible.
