A message I received: Can anyone in Egypt (or abroad) help in any way?
Hi,There is a stray cat that stays on our staircase sometimes and she gave birth to 4 kittens three months ago we've been feeding them and ,the mom of course, since then.
The problem is that they are very playful and they move around a lot so our downstairs neighbors got really upset and they threatened to kill them or throw them on the streets if they got close to their apartment's door. we're obviously terrified cause they'd not be able to survive on the streets they're extremely sweet playful and friendly (including their mom) we reached out to a lot of shelters and they refused to take them in because they were full and Sadly we cannot at all take them in either
So please if you have any other solutions please inform us , Thank you in advance.

REPOSTED: MISSING CAT - I have an urgent situation at the Cairo Airport. Can you post the following message on your page for me? I am hoping for some advice/help to find my cat. I have included a couple of pictures too.
"Hey Everyone. Need 911 help please for my cat.

On Tuesday evening I arrived at the Cairo Airport around 1015pm with my cat Princess at Terminal 3.

We were scheduled to fly to Canada at 310am Wed July 3rd.

She was in her carrier wearing a harness for travel.

Security asked to have her taken from her carrier and put it through the xray. We removed her and then waited. The man took forever to put the carrier on the belt. I told him to hurry.

Princess was terrified outside of her carrier. I told him this. He ignored me. THEN he sent us to a different xray machine - no carrier because he still had not scanned it. I told him hurry she is starting to struggle. Again, ignored me.

Finally my cat and I went through the machine. He STILL had not scanned the carrier and was now dealing with another traveller. I became quite firm and told him I NEED the carrier now. My husband shouted to him in Arabic to give me the carrier.

He tossed it to my feet. As I reached down to grab it, Princess spooked. She started fighting hard to get loose, the harness broke and she fell.

I am covered in blood from trying to hold her and she has bolted into the security/check in area.
NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON CAME TO MY ASSISTANCE.

Security still had not scanned my luggage and I couldn't leave the area without it- they wouldn't let me.

It took an hour to find somebody to help me. By this time Princess was nowhere to be found. When she is scared she hides. I do not know where to turn. My husband is in Cairo trying to get help and info but they are not interested in helping him. He is Egyptian.

Princess is still in the airport - somewhere. I am absolutely heart broken. I do not know where to turn.

PLEASE can somebody give me advice of how to find a way to rescue her. She will be terrified, hungry, thirsty and at the mercy of unkind people and other cats. 😿😢💔

I will offer a substantial reward to anyone who can put my rescued cat safely back into my care.

🙏 PLEASE

Who should I contact at the airport? Outside of the airport?"
