✨ HAPPY NEW YEAR ✨

What an amazing year for team Battabi’s once again! We have been to dog shows in six different countries and to blood tracking trials in two countries 🇫🇮🇸🇪🇩🇰🇪🇪🇦🇹🇱🇹

It has truly been an successful year – Kennel Battabi’s longhaired dachshunds have been awarded a total of 62 champion titles and 12 winner titles (including our first World winner title!!) 🏆💥

Here’s a summary of our dog show year:

We haven’t had any litters this year, so we won’t have any juniors in the rings next year. Instead our current juniors will make their debut in the adult classes and at blood tracking trials. We are also hoping for two litters in the beginning of next year – stay tuned for more info… 🐾

🌟 INTERNATIONAL JUNIOR BEAUTY CHAMPION 🌟
🌟 FINNISH JUNIOR WINNER 2025 🌟

Last weekend we ended the dog show year at Nordic and international dog shows in Helsinki 🇫🇮, where Nella (Battabi's Naomi Sueño) became International junior beauty champion and Finnish junior winner 2025 🎉 These were also the last dog shows in the junior class for our juniors of the N- and O-litter, and oh boy, what a time in the junior class it has been! Our six juniors from these litters have achieved a total of 18 junior champion titles, five junior winner titles and two blood tracking champion titles. This is only the beginning - let's see what the next year brings... 👀

We took a short trip to Riga and it was worth it - success for everyone today 🙏🏼️ In the final competitions Hulda was also among the best eight veterans (out of 56 veterans!!) and Nella finished third in the best in group junior -competition 🏆💥

Day 3/3 at international dog shows in Tallinn was a successful day for us once again - Nori was best of breed, Hasse got a CACIB, Nata was best of breed junior, Madde got a RES CACIB (which will turn into a CACIB) and Hulda became Estonian veteran champion + was shortlisted in the best in show veteran-final 🏆💥

Thank you judge Kristin Kerem for the lovely critiques 🙏🏼 We are heading home tomorrow with a total of six new champion titles, which is everything we wanted from this trip 🎉
