The journey through 2023 has been filled with profound moments for us. The year brought both heartache and unexpected challenges. We said goodbye to Koya, who gracefully aged, and Luna, whose sudden departure has left me in a state of disbelief. Luna, an extraordinary American bulldog, added immeasurable joy to our lives.
During the time surrounding Koya's passing, we also mourned the loss of two special kids who were dear to us.
In the midst of these losses, my youngest son fell ill, requiring weeks of uncertainty before we received a diagnosis that led to a two-week hospital stay. It was a challenging period for our family.
Despite the difficulties, we welcomed a new puppy into our home, a source of comfort and joy that I'll introduce a bit later.
Amidst the losses, we sadly bid farewell to another cherished member of the Mac’s Finest Bulldog Family. On a positive note, we're eagerly anticipating the return of Axle, now known as Kane, to our loving home.
While 2023 brought numerous challenges to our little bulldog family, we are determined to face 2024 with strength and a resilient, positive outlook. We will navigate the new year with courage and hope, honoring the memories of those we've lost and embracing the love that continues to surround us.
