Would you like to help bring joy to the pups at Dallas Animal Services?

Now through November 23, Milo (one of the pets I’m helping with nail trims) and his mom are doing a thanksgiving treat drive to collect yummy, high values treats for the pups this holiday season. All donations will be dropped off the day before thanksgiving - for all staff and volunteers to pass out to dogs.

if you’re in Dallas, and would like to support local - the Hollywood feed in Lakewood (2031 Abrams Rd, Dallas, Texas, 75214) has been kind enough to help us with our donation drive - you can purchase any items of your choice and they will collect Nov 1-23!

MEET CORA! 🐶🐶
She was a foster who was rescued on the side of the road with her owners (a little girls and her father) with a sign that said “free dog”.

Please do not judge, they didn’t abandon her in a wooded area or take her to a pound where she could possibly be euthanized. For that, we thank them!

So her foster did what any heroic foster would do and packed her up as she said goodbye to the little girl who did not want leave her 😭

I’m crying right now 😭 Remy, Zuma and Cor have become some of my favorites and they are moving 😭😭😭😭

To our surprise, Cor the cat is the easiest of them all 😅 but all are so sweet and have come a long way! I’ve know little Zuma since he was adopted and Remy and I have become best buds! He greets me with his favorite toy in his mouth every time I’m at the door 🐶

Their owners are also the best humans beings! I’ve seen their daughter grow up with every visit and will be a big sister very soon! Thank you for the cinnamon rolls and the warm welcomes every time I visit!

There’s some people that pull at your heartstrings and these are some of them and I’m truly thankful 🥹💜

Here’s Blossom getting her nails done by her favorite nail tech, Yessie! And Snow White being the best assist! For background, my first visit with they girls, I could tell they were very uneasy about nail trim and very anxious, so knew I had to gain their trust first. 3 sessions later, lots of treats, and slowly introducing nail trims to them I was able to do the whole nail trim with no hesitation!
