Lynard has decided Gigi's food is better! The blossom appearing like tiny lights.
The Spring light coming through the trees.I am reminded of Brendan Kenneally's poem 'Begin again' ...though we live in a world that dreams of ending that always seems about to give in ..something that will not acknowledge conclusion insists that we forever begin....Beautiful day.

60x 40 floodlit arena ..great turnout .7 to 2/3pm Winter unless weather horrendous ..then we have a system in place
out till 5pm Summer.
2/ 3 to a paddock ..
Our own quality haylage ..and hard feed included in the price.
Bedding is shavings and water drinkers in each stable.
Great hacking on site off site..we have 150acres so if you just want an onsite hack it is possible.
Farrier and instructors visit weekly.

A moment that stopped me in my tracks today.Minnie and the daffs..
We may not be finished with rain but today was a gift ..better days to come..

Finally signs are looking good ! Two loads of washing out ( I know it is amazing what makes me happy ) !! Our lovely livery ladies hacking without rain coats..The yellow line of daffs..it could be London..All the colour popping ..One word.. Hope

We have some livery spaces coming up in April.
60 x 40 floodlit arena.
Large stables ..shavings ..
Space for horsebox foc.
We have our own quality haylage ..which can be topped up where necessary .
150 acres to hack plus access to road hacking .
Turnout 7am to 2pm 3pm Winter unless horrendous weather like we are having them we have a system in place to manage that.
In Summer turnout 7am to 5pm.
365 days a year .
We have lovely people in our yard who want to get on with their interest whether it is hacking , competing locally etc so if you are looking for a space this may work for you.

After 27 days of rain we get sunshine..The one and only Daphne Lush sweeping awards last night .One for 'rider of the year' at the celebrations.The other award for her level of riding.
Daphne is an amazing role model to all of us in the yard ..with her consistency in how she shows up to ride ..her commitment to Sammy but also her kindness in what has been the most challenging time in livery with the weather and loss of Archer and Sultan ..getting on with the job accepting what can't be controlled.We have so much to learn from Daphne and very grateful to her being here.Gold all round.

First day of Spring ..Longer hacks ..horses out for a longer time ..so welcome.It is not over yet some more rain to come but let us enjoy today .

A very difficult week in our livery yard this week..The legend Sultan who has been with us 24 of his 28 years went to heaven.We have the best of memories with keeva and Julie riding him the past 20.plus years.What a beautiful horse..full of the joys.
This morning our own Archer 25 years decided after his feed to lie down and join Sultan.
We are heartbroken..We know Bray Hunt members and our yard are saddened by this too.He was a hunting legend and gave the lead on jumps that were thought not possible.
Seen here some pics of a legend or'' the King' 'as he was known..We are so sad but imagine if we had not known him what would have been missed.Sultan and Archer canter on dear friends .Thank you for the memories.
