"Destiny's Journey" is about a tiny baby dumped in a 5 gallon bucket of water someone tried to drow God knows how bad I cried that day.
One little bully mix puppy's journey to survival
Not all of you were on my friends list when the bucket babies were found. I will soon create a note with their story in full as to what happened that day. I have spent many hours and sleepless nights around the clock taking care of this puppy as well as I fought to save her two other siblings the day they were found. One puppy was dead on arrival
that morning, Already had drowned in a 5 gallon bucket of water, Three were clinging to life, we lost two that same day, they were rushed immediately to the Vet's office and for two the damage was done and fluid on the lings they were dieing!. We gave them every chance we could to revive each one of them. As I cradled each one one by one in towels and blankets to get them dry and warm, rubbing them trying to revive any life left in them we or I could. I was called to the scene of where the puppies were found by a kind man who was flagged down by another neighbor about hearing crying puppies early that morning. Please continue to support Destiny's page and her siblings and mother she lost in their memory. I can only say the two we lost did not cross over without compassion and love til their last breath. My husband and I both have taken an active role in the the entire litter that was found to try and save them. We are not the police, we can't go beat on doors or go in peoples yards. We are doing all that we can at this point, that is to take care of baby Destiny. This has been turned over to the Dallas Police Dept, there are TWO Detectives who have been out three times in a two day period after this happened. Yes a REPORT has been filed with Dallas Police, Dallas 311 and Animal Control. Because someone did this in wee hours of the morning and nobody has come forward on seeing anything, there is not a lot they can do until they get further tips. Everytime I leave my house I find myself searching with my eyes driving by homes on the block and three blocks over looking for any signs of a lactating pit bull, any signs of POOLS, Hot tubs, or buckets that match what we saw that morning. Dallas News 4 was contacted via email. nobody from the media ever got back with us on it. I pray everyday, have cried so many tears, and it takes all I have to keep going for Destiny with two hour feedings, vet visits, etc. My hands are tied and full as to what I can do if I don't have a person to pin this to to report. We did tip off the police two suspected houses on the block, They have been checked out, and no mother dog or pool equipment was found nor any other puppies:-( This is a very sad case, they may never get resolved. I am grateful Destiny has made i this far, and is thriving everyday. Destiny and her litter mates were found at approx 10:30 am on Sept 19, 2013 We have no idea of her exact age, her eyes are still not open as of Sept 29, 2013 We will post photos and videos of her progress on this page as well as if there is ever any news on solving this mystery case. YES in TX animal cruelty and killing animals is against the law. FORGIVE ME, MOMMY 😢🐾…
I was there where you left me for two whole days. Sleeping right on the side of the road. I was terrified of the noise from the cars but I did not move.
Last night one of those cars stopped and she got out. She invited me to lunch but I said no. She invited me to come sleep at her house and I also said no. I tried to explain to her that I was waiting for you but she wouldn’t listen. She pulled out a leash and said I couldn’t stay there any longer. I bit her several times and ended up peeing on myself as I growled and cried! She didn’t understand that she was separating me from you! She took me against my will and we drove off! I was so sad because I knew you were going to be worried. We ended up at her house.
I kept screaming hoping you would hear me but you never came. I vomited because of my nerves, feeling so sick. I kept telling her I had to go back because you were going to think I abandoned you when you saw I wasn’t there! I, who love you with all my heart and soul have not stopped crying since we separated a few days ago. I want you to know, I would never do that to you.
I don’t know where you are now or why you stopped the car and left me there. Surely you had something very important to do. Can you come find me now, mommy?
Today I ate because my tummy was hurting. I also slept on a very soft bed. And by accident I also wiggled my tail a bit. I’m so sorry, please forgive me. She’s just being really nice to me. She said I could stay forever. She’s calling me Savannah, but I already have a name. When you pick me up you can tell it to her. You’ll see how surprised she’ll be when you explain to her that this was a big mistake.
Because mommy, you’re coming back for me, right 😢🐾?

Throw back Thursday with Destiny. We made dog treats for her 1st birthday 🎂 when she was a puppy. We had so much fun doing this

For the humans
MILK MAGNUM 😋
Ingredients:
250 grams of milk
2 egg yolks
40 gr of powdered milk
40 gr of condensed milk
40 grams of sugar
40 grams of white chocolate
250 grams of cream
Preparation:
1. At first we mix all the ingredients in a bowl except for the white chocolate for a few seconds until they are integrated; The 250 grams of Milk, the 2 Egg Yolks, the 40 grams of Powdered Milk, the 40 grams of Condensed Milk and the 40 grams of sugar
2. We take to the fire in a saucepan and while stirring over medium heat we leave it until it becomes a kind of custard
3. Remove from the heat, let cool and add the 40 grams of white chocolate, letting them melt.
4. We put in the fridge to cool well.
5. We mount the 250 grams Cream and mix with the previous cream.
6. Fill the molds and leave them in the freezer for at least 10 hours before consuming.

My baby! She never judges me. She loves unconditionally ❤️ no matter what I'm going through she's always there. Loyalty love and support is what she gives back to me for loving ❤️ and saving her. We rescued each other. Destiny's Journey The Bucket Baby Who Never Gave Up will be 11 yrs old September 19th. My little Virgo fur kid! I love her so much. She will always be my baby.
