An update on dear Pecco!

Pecco had his check up on Tuesday! All is going really well! The grafts on his cornea have taken and the stitches are doing their thing. I am so relieved that all is well, it means we have managed to get the majority of the many many eye drops in successfully so thus far, avoiding any infection! Fingers crossed it stays that way!
The Stitches that were partially closing his eyelids to protect the grafts have now been removed and it is so lovely to see him open his eyes now! He has to go back in 2 wekeks for a further check up and to see how the stitches in the corner of his eye ( from where they had to open it to go in) are fairing up.
He is still having to stay in and will be in for at least another 4 weeks! But he seems pretty settled, Although he is in our bedroom at the moment. Up until 2 nights ago he was in a dog cage at night so we can let our cats roam during the night. However Last night He protested so much we were concerned he was going to hurt himself. so he spent the whole night snuggled on our bed. Needless to say this will likely become the norm and we may have to remove the 'Semi ferral' tag he has! He has now become one of our family!

Hi Guys! Really sorry to ask for some help, but one of the poor cats that we have been looking after needs surgery on both his eyes. Poor little lad is only 2. We normally pay for all the treatment and feed ourselves. A choice we make to support these ferral cats. However this surgery is crazy expensive and they are doing a 2 for the price of one deal. Please if any one can help we would be forever grateful! Rest assured I am not expecting to make the target but i will find it somehow! Thanks for taking the time to read this. :) Have a great day!

Hi Everyone. Long time no post!

This is urgent...
I have been made aware of 3 cases of Alabama rot in thr area. So thought I should share. All 3 were walked at the Gallops and Avebury stones yesterday and today. I have been told all 3 are critical. Please be vigilante with your pups.
Not wanting to course panic. Just want to make people aware.
