Hello all! I have two 8 month old kitty brothers I am fostering for Operation Pets Alive.(You can apply and find more details on operationpetsalive.org) Their names are Barker(marbled tabby) and Caprio(all black) I would love these two to go into a quieter home as they can be very loving but shy. They need time, space, love and patient family members. I have many animals of my own with also young children. Their former foster unexpectedly passed away and these boys have been through a lot! Please consider adopting these boys or at least networking to friends and family! Let’s support each other in rescue and continue to save lives in 2023!

Meet Daisy and Minnie! These sweet Heeler/Bull Terrier mixes just turned 6 months old twins (almost impossible to tell them apart)! These girls are so sweet and loving. They are still learning to walk on a leash and working on their potty training skills. Daisy and Minnie are still a little scared, but they're just nervous. They won't come running to you like most puppies, but they are all wiggles. With the right homes, enough love, and some extra training, Daisy and Minnie would be the best dogs that the shelter staff know they will be. They can be separated, or stay together. Come by and meet these great girls!

I loved this little labby girl! She was standing at the front of her kennel and as I was gathering my stuff to take her out, she started smiling and pressing herself into the kennel gate, offering me her paw through the paneling. It was so cute i had to get a few pics first. Even though she’s a wiggler, Truffles is very easy to leash and walked well around the ward. She sniffed every dog politely but did have her hackles up during those interactions. She never made a sound, and she came in with other dogs, so I would have to think she will be dog friendly. Truffles knows how to sit and politely takes treats from your hands. She’s a great size/weight and energy level for anyone in an apartment, and appears to either be in or coming into heat.

📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀

🌟𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮: Truffles and Oliver were picked up loose in a park, possibly abandoned. Both dogs have shown positive behavior though Truffles may have some kennel reactivity.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲: 2 boxers 1 yellow and one red or brown loose in park nonaggressive no food no water may have been abandoned.

3/1 I noticed dog didn't want to walk i seen an ACT bringing her and the dog would keep crouching down as act baby talked to her and she just walked while crouching down and only a few steps. In the kennel she lays by the kennel door and when i was doing pm feed she sit up and wagged her tail as i baby talked to her and when i reach to pet her, she crouches but still wagging tail doesn't move from front of the kennel door.

3/4 Approaches at the front of the kennel as she presents wiggly body, rubbing her body against the door, smiling and wagging her tail. Truffle's is very gentle when walking her on leash and will follow the trail of treats when walking.

3/7 Truffles remains calm and quiet in kennel, will greet at the front of the kennel as she presents loose body, swaying tail and soft open mouth. Very gentle when walking her on leash, she will follow the trail of treats. Customer was walking Truffles and noticed her stop in front of the other dog's kennel facing the wall she then started snarling while having straight tail and hackles up. I offered treats and she stopped as I walked her back into her kennel. Placing on adopt eval to monitor behavior.

Huskies are a classic northern breed.... hard to tell by their numbers in the south!!
Damian is a 1-1/2 yr old multi-colored male Husky with piercing blue eyes and an energetic personality. He has done well with other dogs and loves people. Damian would make a great walking/running buddy. He's very playful with high energy and his current weight is 62 lbs... just has a lot of fluff. Stop by and meet Damian or one of our many Huskies. PR 2 Jacoby A-1143 has been at the shelter for 43 days. He is a little 10 lbs chi who’s got the cutest underbite!! Jacoby has been very scared while at Roswell Animal Services but the shelter is a very loud, scary place with little to no comfort. Please help Jacoby find love and comfort in a home.
