UPDATE: Molly has been adopted

Urgent - Molly has been surrendered to the SPCA in Briarcliff Manor, NY. She is lovely - a very social, happy dog who just wants to play ball and snuggle with her humans. She is an 8 year old lab mix who gets along with people, kids, dogs and cats. She would love to be a second dog but could be the only dog in your house as well. House trained, non destructive - there isn't anything bad to say about this sweet girl. Please consider opening your home to Molly!

Meet Miss Ginger!! She was recently surrendered when her owners became unable to afford having a dog. Ginger is 8yrs old. Ginger is NEVER in a hurry to do anything. She moves at her own pace and is as cute as she is sweet. Ginger does well with other dogs and doesn't seem to mind cats. Ginger is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. Dog Done Good is hiring!
An Assistant Dog Trainer is needed to help our dog training company with their clients and dogs. Responsibilities will be walking and training dogs on an as-needed basis. Ideal for part-time work, a few hours a day to work with dogs and their owners. Fun and rewarding position will teach animal psychology and customer service skills.

Applicants must have some professional or volunteer experience with dogs but training will be provided on the job. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is a must. The job is very physical in nature and requires comfort around dogs of any size.

Hours are flexible and rates will vary per assignment. Locations TBA, mostly Northern Westchester.

Meet jasper! Jasper is a 6 month lab mix and 30lbs. Hes dog and people friendly. Hes fully vetted and crate trained. He was found as a stray in Alabama and as risk for death. We pulled him to safety and hes an extremely sweet dog and loves playing with his friends at daycare.

This handsome purebred border collie is Jack! He’s around 1 and a half years old and was recently turned into a rescue down south because his elder owner was unable to care for him. He’s now at the SPCA to find his perfect match! Like most working breeds, Jack will do best in a home with a yard and would love an active family. He is a very sweet guy and also likes to just chill out sometimes, so he’s truly the perfect mix!

They call me Folly!

We never know what these pups go through prior to coming into rescue, and Folly is no exception. This girl was part of the “Have A Heart, Save A Heart” project we launched through the month of February, in hopes of saving and treating as many heartworm positive pups as possible.

Folly is a retriever/hound mix that came in with absolutely no post history. She seems to know some basic commands, or maybe just catches onto to training fairly easy. Folly will need a family that is dedicated to continuing the work of building her social skills. This girl can be quite skittish in new environments, situations and with new people. She loves her canine friends and can find confidence following their stride. Folly is a pretty girl, but keep in mind she is more than a pretty face. She is a scared, confused pup that is counting on her forever family to help guide her, build her confidence, build her social skills, and show her all the good this world has to offer.
