Many of you in our NYC Pit Bull Group knew Victoria Wells. Some were trained by her, and others had dogs who were adopted from the ASPCA while she worked there as the behaviorist.
Victoria came to a bunch of our group events, and helped people with the training of their pit bulls. She answered questions and took the time to get to know you and your dogs. Victoria passed away one year ago. If you’d like to come to a memorial honoring her, please see the details below.

We’ll be hosting a memorial to honor Victoria Wells. We invite you, her friends and family and coworkers and clients and anyone who loved her and whose life she touched, to join us in remembering this incredible person.
This will be just over one year without Victoria. And Feb 24 is also her birthday. We were fortunate to be able to find a space on this special day.
We’ll be listening to her music, sharing stories, scrolling through photos, and toasting to Vic. We really hope you can make it.
If you can’t be there in person, we’ll also be hosting a Zoom so that you can partake in joining us from wherever you are. We’ll send out the Zoom link, as we get closer to the date.
If you would like to donate, we’ll keep this fundraiser open for another few weeks. The money will be used for both the memorial and for a long-lasting tribute to Victoria that we are still working on. We’ll of course share the details as soon as we finalize that.
