While there are many people who simply rescue to rescue, many choose rescue to help heal a part of themselves. A part of themselves that has been abandoned, broken, abused, neglected or simply lost.

Because rescuing a dog is like rescuing a part of yourself. While you show the dog compassion and love, you are showing yourself the same. You are learning that even though the world can be a cruel and dark place, there is still hope, joy and most importantly, love. There is love for yourself and one another.

The broken tend to have a desire to save the broken, they understand the feeling of being unwanted and overlooked. That sinking feeling of sorrow as you stand on the outside looking in. My hope for the future is to not only rescue more dogs, but to show others in the community that there is still good out there in the world, that there is still hope.

I’m not being dramatic when I say their lives depend on it. I am one person and run the rescue out of my home, I need to follow all local laws and regulations, and can only hold a certain amount of animals in my home. Shelters are euthanizing puppies because there’s no room for them, all of the shelters are full, rescues are full, everywhere is full of unwanted animals.

Hi everyone! Cookie is having some bladder issues and will be seen by our vet today. If anyone would like to chip in towards her care, any amount helps right now! 🤍🐾 Things are adding up as Cora’s pups all just had their first round of vaccines and checkups, spay and neuter appointments are being scheduled, and I don’t even want to think about the construction going on in the puppy room 🥺

Puppies are spayed/neutered, dewormed, vaccinated, socialized, and so much more! I try my best to put puppies into the right home for them. Woof and Willow has a lifetime take back guarantee. If for any reason you can no longer care for the pup you adopted, you bring the puppy back (no judgement).

🐾🤍🥥 Introducing, Coconut’s puppies! They will be ready to adopt in about 4-5 weeks. Coconut and her babies were found in the streets of Texas, a few of the puppies didn’t make it out alive. Thanks to an incredible group of women, they are safe and healthy and ready to start their new lives. I am unsure of their breed, momma looks like a Great Pyrenees but is only 35lbs. Adoption fees are $300 for each puppy. This includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines, dewormer, heart worm prevention, some of their food and more.
