💗🌈Jada Chesnut🌈💗

We had a vet appointment Christmas Eve morning and they found tumors on Jada's spleen and adrenal glands. After an x-ray, they also found a large tumor on her heart. 💔

Vet thinks the mass started on her heart and spread to everywhere else, so, cancer. Next steps would be seeing an oncologist.

After the appointment, we went by my Dad's and the girls got to visit and see Dottie which they enjoyed, and then we went home. Jada was a bit off, but she had gone under general anesthesia so that was expected.

My brother came to visit around 7 pm and I realized I hadn't seen Jada in a little while. She was under the bed extremely lethargic and could barely keep her head up. She didn't have an appetite, which was a huge red flag.

So we rushed to the emergency vet and I kept checking her gums which became more and more pale, so most likely internal bleeding from the tumors on her spleen. She was very calm throughout this, with a deep sigh every now and then. The vet on call confirmed our suspicions so Johnny and I made the hard decision to help her pass over. 💔

She was so loved. Such a special little smiling dog that changed my whole world around. ✨

Because of her, I got into photography.
Because of her, I got into video editing.
Because of her, I got into blogging.
Because of her, I got into social media.
Because of her, I got into marketing.
Because of her, I am who I am today.

Please send us some good vibes. The house is so quiet, and Bailey has been a bit out of it.

We'll recover, but we all have a Jada-sized hole in our hearts. 💔

Fun in the sun! ☀️🐾

In April, the girls celebrated their birthday/gotcha day! Jada turned 13 and Bailey celebrated her 12th gotcha day! (She will turn 13 in September)

They are doing so well and living the life with our large backyard ❤️.

Life has been busy with school, but these girls (and Johnny or course) have kept me sane 😂.
