I never did post but all of our puppies have found homes! 😃

Our last and final German shepherd puppy. We will not be having anymore for a while we have a lot going on and we are retiring our dogs from this. We may stud Thor but we will see.
We are completely in shock that she is still available. She is beautiful and is soooo good with our kids. If we weren’t so busy already we would be keeping this little sweet heart. She is always looking to please and have approval. This will make her easy to train. She just wants to be loved. Help us find her a forever home. 🥰 Have another video in comments or I’ll post it to the site.

Look what came today! The AKC paperwork. When puppies go home you get the paperwork to register them. You can look up our dogs lineage history on the AKC database. You can find your puppies grandparents great grandparents and so on. Most of them even have images. Our dogs have really good lineage history. They also have photos and details about them.

Before the vet they all got baths. And we just got done at the vet appt. These babies are exhausted. Was a great visit! All Checked out good! And got first set of shots. 😍😄

➡️Born June 15th can go home August 10th at 8weeks old. Full AKC registration. Vet checked, dewormed, and first set of shots all included. These puppies are socialized around adults, children, and babies. They are great quality puppies. They are 4 weeks exactly today. Today was their first time eating puppy gruel. These pups will be beefing up in no time. The growth is crazy from now to 8 weeks! Can’t wait to watch them grown.

Oakley and Thor are working line, plush coat (stock coat) full AKC German Shepherds. They have wonderful pedigrees! Czech and East German lines. Come from a line of Police and therapy dogs. The Dam is medium to high drive and the Sire is medium drive. Oakley is 70lbs and Thor is currently at 100lbs but usually goes between 100- 110lbs. Both dogs are full of muscle.

We accept deposit to secure a puppy at anytime. All deposits are non-refundable. If you can’t meet in person we can face time or do some sort of video chat. We can send photos/videos as well. We are now scheduling visits. We’re free Mon & Tues 4:30pm or after, Thursdays-Sunday usually free all day except this 13th Thursday we’re free after 4:30 and 14th Friday after 12. Wednesdays are our busy days. No guarantee on fur color not changing. Puppies fur colors can change as they age. As of right now we still have 1 sable females & 2 all black females, 1 all black male. If you’re unsure what color “sable” is that’s what color the sire is. No puppy is spoken for until there is a deposit.

Info about fur: Our puppies are plush fur which is a medium-length coat, fluffier than short-haired and fuller than the long-haired shepherds. A lot of people including myself when I was new to this type of fur think, “longer fur more shedding.” When in actuality they shed less than a standard coat due to there under coat. They shed once in the spring and once in the fall.

The parents: Both parents are onsite. The dam (70lbs) is medium drive. The sire (100lbs) is low to medium drive. Both parents do not like unknown WILD animals on our property (c***s possums etc). And a lot of people ask us about cats. Our dogs do not like cats but please keep in mind if they were raised with them they would be fine. We have never raised our dogs with cats. Our dogs have been with cows and chickens and they’ve been fine.
Our dogs come from a long line of East German Czech linage. Lots of police dogs and service/therapy dogs in their family. Our dogs are highly intelligent often outsmarting us. Mama Oakley is ornery and loves to play and daddy Thor is a big baby and mamas boy..who loves cuddling and playing with our girls (he thinks there his girls) however I have no doubt that he will protect his loved ones and the property of our home if he needed too.

What do our puppies eat how much do we feed new puppies that are going home and how often:
We use diamond puppy food and we get ours from TSC. You can also get it from chewy . We recommend feeding your puppy 2 to 3 times a day no more than 1.5-2 cups of dog food daily.

So if you do 1.5 cups a day you’ll feed your puppy half a cup if you feed 3times a day or 3/4 cup if you feed 2 times daily.
If you feed you puppy 2 cups a day you would give 1cup at 2feedings or if your puppy dies two cups a day over 3 feedings it would be 2/3 cups per feeding.
Once your pup hits 16 weeks, food intake jumps to approximately four cups a day spread over 2-3 meals. Check the back of your dog food you choose for feeding measurements.

What’s the furthest someone has drove for one of your puppies:
We’ve had people drive from all over for our puppies. Minnesota has been our furthest about a 10hr drive one way, and our second West Virginia almost a 6hour drive as well as some places such as Kentucky, Michigan and more! We do not offer shipping.

When puppies come home they will have loose stool. That is from the wormer we give them right before they leave our home. Their p**p will thicken back up. If it doesn’t within a few weeks give the 1tbsp of puree pumpkin or sweet potato purée. This adds a little extra fiber to help them thicken it back up.
A lot of people want to know when German Shepherd puppies ears will stand up. If the ears aren’t standing up when they go home with you give them lots of chewing toys. The more chewing they do, they exercise those ear muscles which helps them to stand sooner.
**Speaking of wormer we recommend you worm them one more time at 10 weeks. You do not have too but we figured it doesn’t hurt anything and if they somehow still have worms that will for sure flush them out. We get our wormer at TSC (NEMEX-2 Oral Dewormer Liquid for Puppies and Dogs, 60 mL). We worm them weeks 2,4,6,8.
Some people also don’t realize when you get a new puppy they will probably cry at night on and off the first couple of nights. These puppies are a lot like babies. And at 8 weeks when they go home with you, they are going to have everything they’ve ever known change. And that is going to be scary for them. So they will need a little bit of a time to adjust, and they will. It usually takes about 1 to 2 days. Some puppies are just fine and don’t cry/whine.

*We take your puppy to the vet at 6weeks old (28th) they will be vet checked and have first set of shots. You will be given a paper certificate with this info. You should schedule an appointment around 12 week with your vet to have your puppy examined/introduced/ and to get the next set of shots or vaccines lined up that your vet recommends.

“Will you hold on to our puppy until this date”… Yes, we will happily hold your puppy up to two weeks if needed. We enjoy the extra cuddles and play time with them.

Will puppies be potty trained..no we will not be potty training them. We highly recommend crate training and getting on a potty time schedule with your puppy. Take them out about 20-30mins after they eat.

Great News!! All of Oakley and Thors beautiful babie have found their furever homes waiting for them to go to July 28th! So excited and happy for them. They are all going to wonderful loving families!
