How long does your dog need to walk? Twenty minutes is a reasonable amount of time to aim for most dogs—even seniors if they’re in good health. If your dog is very active, he may need longer, more vigorous walks, perhaps two or more times a day. Or try slow, short jogs to get your active senior moving. It’ll do both of you good. I will take your dog for a daily walk.

Why is your pup scratching during the winter months? Change in environmental conditions is dandruff. Simply put, dandruff is often just the typical result of dead skin cells.
This can become an unsightly or uncomfortable problem.
Unfortunately, for dogs that have sensitive skin, shampooing them can make the problem worse. Avoid stripping the skin’s natural oils or causing chemical irritation, and bathe with shampoos or soaps, which should be limited during winter. Simple water baths should be sufficient under most circumstances. If you must bathe your pet, use a moisturizing shampoo and a moisturizing rinse for sensitive skin. Good Luck

Some pet parents make the mistake of assuming that if a dog has access to a yard, she’s getting exercise. But your dog doesn’t run laps alone in your yard or do anything besides waiting for you to come outside or let her back inside. It’s the interaction with you that counts!

Cats can't see in total darkness, but they prefer low light and become more active around dusk and dawn, which is why many cats nap during the day when it's brightest. Cats are amazing.
