A year ago, I had to say goodbye to my best friend and soul mate Nora ❤️ As she was my reason and inspiration, I've learned how to use Bach Flower Remedies, acupressure and Quantum Touch healing, I've planned to write this post after her passing. But my broken heart and grief overpowered my plan, every time I've started writing this post, I've bursted in tears and stopped, because it was to painful to keep going... Still to this day, I miss her physical presence so much and her happy and cheerful personality. She had a wonderful life and we had almost 14 long years together. Even her passing was as peaceful and beautiful, as it can be, but my grief was as big as my deep Love and connection with her. I'm still tearing up writing this, but it's time to finish this post. In sharing my personal story of grief, I want to send out ❤️ and healing to all of you, who have recently lost a loved one. No matter, if it's a human or animal, it's the same grieving process and if we like it or not, it's a long and painful process. But it's also necessary to go through all the stages of grieving (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance and hope) to heal ❤️
