CART-Livestock Division is tasked with setting up and managing emergency shelter for livestock during situations in which Pueblo Cou

nty Emergency Management Systems have ordered evacuations of homes due to natural disasters. CART-LD can also be called out in the case of overflow from surrounding communities.
