THANK YOU * THANK YOU * THANK YOU
We said "Thank You" in a comment previously. But the efforts, sacrifices and attention that was given to us in helping Max deserves its own recognition and post.
We have lots of thanks due to lots of people.
First, we would like to thank Jamie Briggs-Bragg and Audrey Bragg who were willing to board Max & help with his care to get him evaluated.
We would like to thank Michelle Johnson for being on the phone with us as we somewhat lost our minds & for sending trainer's & other rescues to try to help.
Thank you to Sarah Bustin for being a loving ear & reaching out & calling trainers. She spoke with Milton K9 Academy who were immediately willing to help, if they could.
Thank you Nathan Silk with Off Leash K9 Training 30A for immediately responding to our message & be willing to call us when we said we needed urgent help.
To Melissa R Allen, thank you for dropping everything to come over to help us come up with ideas to save Max.
Thanks to David Cuchens for reaching out & trying to help us find specialists & trainers to evaluate & see Max.
A huge, huge, huge thanks to Joseph J Pimentel for reading a 5 page bio on Max that Chase had written, seeing a dog that had been grossly mischaracterized, and being willing to step in to help.
We even offered to pay for the expense that Max would incur. He told us that is appreciated, but not necessary. We scrolled through his posts and none of them were for donations or fund raising. Their rescue, the Florida Rottweiler Rescue Ranch, is so selfless that we want to take a moment and ask anyone who would like to support his efforts to go to his website (https://flrottweilerrescueranch.org/) and donate through their donate button.
We are so grateful that Max is safe. This whole time has been such a blur & we're sure we are forgetting people. If so, please accept our apology. We do not mean to leave anyone out.
Thank you everyone who has pulled for Max & for him to have a chance.
