Reducing Business Expenses while Increasing Animal Rescue Donations
I decided to leverage my background in finance as a way to increase donations to rescue organizations. In short businesses pay a fee to accept credit card as payment. LacyandPaws partners with rescue organizations and offers local businesses a free merchant statement analysis. LacyandPaws is able to reduce and sometimes eliminate the cost a business pays to accept credit cards. In return a % of revenue from every credit card transaction is donated to a rescue. LacyandPaws provides the business with a decal for their storefront showing the local rescue they support and the rescue is given a co-branded #lacyandPaws Bandana that says "Adopt Me"
