We are back at it again at ELLIOT LAKE PET VALU for Nail Trimming in JUNE! We are pleased to be once again available in store to assist with your fur baby nail needs!

Our event will take place MONDAY JUNE 17TH from 3-6 pm for a fee of $10 per pet. We look forward to working with local Fur Babies and their Parents to help provide services needed to our pet population. Pets will be taken in order of arrival to the store. Pets With high anxiety or trimming difficulties may be able to book a home visit as to avoid undo stress to your fur baby, yourself and possibly other customers as well!

Today we wanted to visit the idea of “YOU DID WHAT WITH WHO’S DOG🤔”? Well folks….I would have to say there is a fine line between BRAVERY and STUPIDITY! All I gotta say is that would be one STUPIDLY BRAVE PUG!! 😂🤣

**Do to life’s unforeseen events it is with a heavy heart we will be downsizing some of our small breed clients😢. We will miss each and every one of you very much and do wish everyone all the best in their life’s adventures with their fur babies! We do thank you all for understanding that life happens and sometimes it is out of our control! Due to this downsizing we will be restructuring our appointments so please understand that some appointment may be moved to new times and days for remaining fur babies! We will continue with ALL LARGER DOG BREEDS for grooming. We do thank you for your patience and understanding!**🥰

Today we wanted to visit the idea of “WHERE’S THE FRY GUY”? I have to say this is the cutest displays of puppy pride at its best😍! I love it when people share their love for their fur baby and her pups! Frenchie’s are one of my favorite breeds for small fur babies and we do have quite a few that come to our shop so excited to see us it is AWESOME!! Definitely one of my favorite small breeds! 🥰

Good morning and back at it again! Please help us to once again put a forever smile on a fur babies face!😁

We have been asked to help rehome these gorgeous bonded Husky beauties to their forever home. Misty is 2.5 yrs and Shadow is 2 yrs from same breeder just 6 months part! Both girls have been spayed.

Both girls are fully house trained and due to free roaming yard they would need some leash work as well as neither have been crate trained. Both listen good are good with kids and other dogs, cats they chase but not aggressively. Misty rings a bell to go outside.

Today we wanted to visit the idea of “GUESS WHO”? We are all guilty of doing goofy stuff with our fur babies. We pose them for pics, hide on them so they can find us, throw fake sticks…yes I said fake (drives my boy crazy with the fake stick), call a family meeting when we are using the washroom (ok that’s more them not me🤣)! Regardless of how you choose to entertain your fur babies and yourself the unconditional love between yourself and them is fantastic! I mean the look on this pups face has to be love....ok maybe its the I am over it look..sometimes its hard to tell!!🥰

Today we wanted to visit the idea of “YOU DID WHAT😳…AND YOUR BROTHER IS WHERE😠”? This would not be a shock to see with my fur babies! They get into all kinds of trouble together and on occasion they rat each other out😉!! One time I accidentally locked my girl in the garage (didn’t know she was there). After looking for her for some time I decided to ask my boy if he knew where his sister was. After he made a deep sigh he started to walk away so I followed…he walked up to the garage door and took his paw and scratched the door! I unlocked the door and it was a happy girl happy mom situation🥰. Something tells me he was enjoying his solitude... freakin guy!😂🤣

Spring is upon us and spring cleaning is here🌷!

Ruby and Truthy have exhausted their supply of snuggle blankets and sheets! We are calling out to all of you with a request for snuggle blankets( all sizes with no batting), sheets (no pillow cases) or towels (med and large) to keep our baby girls comfy! If you have any of these that you may want to part with please let us know. Ruby and Truthy will put them to good use and will thank you greatly🥰!

**UPDATE- BELLA HAS FOUND HER FOREVER HOME 😍**

GOOD MORNING TO ALL!

Once again we are on the trail to find an awesome forever home for a fantastic fur baby!

Today we are excited to help connect Bella with her fur-ever family! Bella is 4 years old beautiful female Rottweiler with lots of love to share! She has been raised with children and other dogs and is eager to learn and make friends. She does need some leash training since she gets excited when you first start the walk but settles quickly. She is up to date with her shots and is a healthy energetic gal that is not fixed. Rehoming fee of $300 is asked and ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRIES PLEASE!!

Today we wanted to visit the idea of “ARE YOU FUR REAL”? I can’t count how many times I have been woken up during the night or before the crack of dawn by fur babies. After I pry my carcass off the bed to see what they want… I get to watch the animals go back to sleep😳! I'm not sure where they get their sense of humour, but it is sick I say just sick..dang critters! 😂🤣

Today we wanted to visit the idea of “SPACE…THE FINAL FRONTIER”! I am sure we can all relate to this meme. The space we think we have is just an delusion in our fantasy of fur baby parenting life😳! We find it adorable until Fifi does a full on sideways stretch that requires us to move to the couch or sleep on the edge of the bed! It seems the little guys take the most space and move around like a worm while the big guys settle in and set anchor…either way it’s a win win for them…and a cramp cramp for us! 😂🤣

Today we wanted to visit the idea of “WATCH THEM FINGERS”! All I have to say is DO NOT put anything in front of an angry Chihuahua that you value…seriously! When we were kids my Grandmothers good friend use to raise Chihuahua’s, always several at her house. When we would go to visit we would leave with bloody ankles, fingers or got chased outside by the tiniest of creatures! We learned that size really don’t matter when you run in a pack😳!!

We do recommend pre-booking for this year’s appointments if you would like to maintain a regular schedule regardless of the frequency of visits! We do offer nail clipping to all fur babies even those that are not our regular clients! Give us a call and see if we fit your fur baby needs.

We have walked away from 2023 with some very valuable lessons learned in business, life and so much more. We may not fit everyone’s needs and that’s ok.. but we do try! We would also like to remind customers that we have added a no show/no call fee $25 for missed groom appointments. Fee is to be paid the same day of missed appointment in order to rebook your fur baby.

Good Morning to All from Ruby’s Pad!

We are back at it again at ESPANOLA PET VALU for Nail Trimming in MARCH! We are pleased to be once again available in store to assist with your fur baby nail needs!

Our event will take place MONDAY MARCH 4TH from 3-6 pm for a fee of $10 per pet. We look forward to working with local Fur Babies and their Parents to help provide services needed to our pet population. Pets will be taken in order of arrival to the store. Pets With high anxiety or trimming difficulties may be able to book a home visit as to avoid undo stress to your fur baby, yourself and possibly other customers as well!

Good Morning and back at it again with Hoofin' Around with Ruby N Friends! Once again it's the weekend and we hope all is well with everyone. Sorry about video repeat, I messed up the post lol Happy New Year! 😆 🙋‍♀️🐷🐶🐦🐠 Today we wanted to visit the idea of fur baby “Personalities and Traits”- and some are funtastic! This Video is hilarious how the dog makes it look like it’s an everyday deal to walk around nonchalantly in the kitchen…he could of at least started the coffee😆! My pup Miinghan recently had me scratching my head…here I sit alone in the house and all of a sudden I hear the toilet begin to flush!!!! I look over towards the washroom and out walks Miinghan lol…my first thought is “right on no more pooper scoopin” because that’s the way my brain works folks😂🤣! Later come to find that he was trying to get the package of baby wipes off the back of the toilet because apparently they taste good…who knew!😉 With the NEW YEAR upon us we will be making some changes for Ruby’s Pad as well as Ruby Snaxx Bakery! What does she eat? Purina Minipig Chow (Purina makes everything!😂) and pretty much whatever fruit or veggies available (watch out for gassy veggies…ewwww🤢🤥…she is in the house) 3. Where does she live? She lives in the house, sleeps in her own bed and goes outside to go to washroom 4. How much does she weigh?
