Meet Geronimo!
Sticks just a hair under 14.2hands, 7/8 year old GRADE gelding. He is SLIGHTLY gaited when he’s not moving out at the trot. It’s super comfy out on the trails.
Geronimo is 100% traffic safe, dog safe, cow safe, and if another horse freaks out on the trails he’s the one to help pony it back. Crosses water, walks over the big logs ( will jump over them if asked too ). He is smart on his feet. Not spooky and has great ground manners. Kid safe and loves attention. He’s the first one to greet you in the field and loves giving kisses. Let this pony sit for the winter and jump on him in the spring and he will be the same as when you rode him months ago! He is the perfect size too for an adult looking for a smaller mount as he is a chunky monkey. He has a nice forward walk and comfy trot but it takes a lot to get him to canter. He’s definitely more on the lazy side. Will canter out on the trails or in a field but takes work to get him to in the arena. His canter is super duper comfy when you get him into it!! He is not a w/t/c lesson pony or a show horse. He thrives out on the trails and will always take care of you and get you home safe! Stands like a gentleman for the vet, farrier, and dentist, and loads/unloads like he should. He comes with 0 silly business. No buck/kick/rear or biting. Top of the pecking order but not nasty, can go out with geldings or mares.

15hand 7/8 year old dun grulla GRADE gelding.

Take this guy anywhere. He is traffic safe, dog safe, and very good on his feet on our rocky and steep pocono mountain trails. Crosses water, doesn’t get buddy sour, not spooky. There is nothing bad to say about this horse. Loads & hauls great, stands for the vet, farrier and dentist like a gentleman. He comes with 0 maintenance besides front shoes. Shelly even taught a beginner lesson on him this fall and he was awesome.
Has a rocking chair lope that is so fun to ride on the trails. He is more woah than go but not lazy.
Absolutely no silly business when you’re on him. Never has offered to buck/rear or kick. Can go out with anyone in the field
