Just a gentle reminder

I know everyone is busy this time of year

But if you message for a slot and I offer one please note that from now I will only hold this for 24 hours

I've had some people take a week to confirm and then this means we are often right on top of that slot and I then can't offer that to other people

Also the further ahead you book the more likely you are to get the time you want

I'm just as busy this time of year as everyone else and hate disappointing people

I've been feeling a bit vulnerable since being poorly (which every woman will appreciate)

And after feeling s**t having to cancel people for 2 weeks and one client moaning at me for having to cancel as I was in hospital

Thank you to everyone who has been super kind and patient in the last week

I unfortunately had a medical issue that required intervention that unfortunately came with complications
This meant I was admitted to hospital as an emergency early hours of Sunday morning

I am now on the mend but do still need to take it easy whilst my body recovers from quite substantial blood loss

I think I've booked everybody back in who was cancelled last week

I still need to be careful handling very big dogs

But appreciate everyone's well wishes and patience it's certainly not been an easy 10 days

Logan and Joey would like to thank everyone who has been so understanding whilst I've had to take an unexpected week off due to a medical emergency that required hospital intervention

I'm hoping to be physically back on my feet by Monday

So to make it easier everyone who was rearranged and requires putting back in the diary next week please WhatsApp me over the weekend

I've still got to take it easy next week but il do what I can

Those with sessions still in a block we will add yours to the end

Everything will have to be taken day by day as I'm under strict instructions to listen to my body for at least 10 days

Just a few months back Baxter couldn't stand the sight of another male dog

But hard work by his mum who followed our training plan to the letter means he's spent an hour with Logan today without even a raised eyebrow

Message to all clients

Thank you to those whose have been patient with me with sessions needing to be cancelled

I have been advised to continue to not handle big reactive dogs for the foreseeable due to some medical stuff going on

So dogs who's owners have me handle them your sessions will remain cancelled I'm afraid

Those who handle your own dogs we are fine to carry on as normal

Those who's dogs I handle if you wish for a refund on remaining sessions ( you've all had previous messages so refunds only apply to those who have specifically been offered it in last few weeks) pls drop me a message to sort

Gorgeous Sid came in for help with recall
But we quickly identified a break down in communication between Sid and his lovely owner which had allowed Sid to practice some serious Spaniel hunting

So we set to work to rebuild that relationship and teach Sid the ability to disengage when the environment becomes too overstimulating

I love seeing his progress and his silly spaniel antics

Recently Rocky crossed over the rainbow bridge. The subject is still super raw and tender to us all but a big thanks goes to everyone who already knew who has been kind and caring

As we say farewell to Tazzy as he's completed his training journey, I want to look at how far he's come

Tazz was attacked when he was a small pup, which in turn left him reactive towards most dogs, he could make friends with some very small dogs but they were few and far between

His owners did a couple of years of management but decided they couldn't live like that anymore

So an initial consultation Was booked with us

We went through everything in Tazz's life

And a training plan devised

Fast forward a few months and we sign Tazzy off

He's now got excellent recall, he can make friends and best of all he's just been to his first very busy local dog show without even so much as a grumble

Behaviour Modification takes time, it takes changes emotional connections

But when done correctly the results are phenomenal

I look forward to seeing Tazz around living his best life
