Calling to all my village people out there! A close friend of ours and her child had a small house fire and unfortunately no fire insurance to help with the situation. She is a single mother trying to keep it all together and really needs the support of her community right now. The HVAC system needs a professional cleaning, smoke restoration services and floor remodeling all need to be done. Below is list of items that we need:

- large amounts of KILZ or products to paint for killing mold/odor
- chem sponges
- wool dusters
- interior paint (neutral colors)
- face masks
- brand new pillows
- paint trays and brushes
- paint rollers
- small amount of toys for 6 yr old girl
- hardwood flooring or carpet
- cash donations for HVAC/air duct cleaning services
- volunteers to help clean
- Walmart gift cards
- Home Depot/Lowes gift cards
- cash/venmo donations to cover costs of supplies needed.

9-8-24 we lost our beautiful Sky-Sky. You will be missed so bad. You were our first child, my little sidekick socializing puppies, helping babysit human babies, therapy dog for handicapped kids helping them overcome their fears of dogs, the best big sister to River and watched over Raiden. You were our “supermodel” husky and always so prissy lol. You had some of the best days running with your furry friends at the dog park. It was always a beautiful sight to see you run so fast. I know she is running happy and free now with her boys Mars and Cabo. Yesterday evening after we had to let Sky go the sky was the most beautiful orange and pink hues and stars galore out at night. We love you so much babygirl and will miss you.

Today is a rough day. I got news that my very last pet client passed away suddenly yesterday. Her arthritis was too severe n she was no longer able to stand on her own. I loved Golden so much. She reminded me a lot of my own River. She was my XL version of River. Out of 11 years of having her she only had one accident in the home and it was due to a medication she was on at the time. She let Raiden come in when he was small and he was so brave giving her treats. She towered over him as a little guy. I will miss her greatly but 11 1/2 years for a St. Bernard is one hell of a good life her owner gave her. 💔
