🌞 As part of BETA's Summer of Safety, our member Racesafe Equestrian has shared some excellent tips on caring for your body protector. Remember, maintenance is just as important as wearing one. Here are our top tips to keep your body protector in peak condition:

• Hang it up or store flat in a clean, airy space
• Avoid storing in a car or damp tack room
• Keep it out of extreme temperatures
• Don’t store in direct sunlight
• For hybrid combinations and air jackets, avoid dryers or heat sources

If you have a fall, always check your body protector carefully for any damage.

🤩 Oatridge Horse Trials 2024 🤩

It's finally happening!! Who's excited?!

We are so looking forward to welcoming you to Oatridge Horse Trials this weekend. We have a terrific amount of entries, plenty of enthusiastic volunteers and very generous sponsors, so thank you so much for all your support!

Please take a minute to familiarise yourself with our layout. Horse boxes and trailers must enter via the one way system. There is lorry parking next to SNEC and trailer/overnight parking in the field on the other side of SNEC. Competition stabling is up at farm as you come in.

The dressage will be out the back of SNEC on the gallops, and the showjumping will be on surface in the main arena. The cross-country is just a couple of fields away and everything will be well signposted.
