I have been a student of animal behaviour for as long as I can remember! As a young child I would spend hours watching and interacting with animals.

My passion became my career. I worked for 25 years as a Registered Veterinarian Technician, mainly in animal shelters. I always had a special interest in behaviour, so I became certified as a dog trainer through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers. I set up my own business, Priddis Paws, in 2015, teaching dog agility. Currently, I am available, on a limited basis, to help you

with your pet behaviour issues. Using positive reinforcement training and management techniques, I am here to help you and your pet live your best life together!

Cat ‘kibble hockey’ game!

Cats need enrichment and mental stimulation too! Here is one of my cats favourite games. I’m just moving a piece of kibble, then flinging it for them to chase and ‘catch’ and eat!

Scent Detection Training

Scent Detection training is such a fun thing to do with your dog! Here is my Saluki and I in our Novice class at Hyper Hounds. He is searching for a specific odor which is hidden in one of the hanging darts. This is a mental work out for dogs! A great way to tire them out!
