Shout out to for the AWESOME customer service!

I reached out just to let them know that the buckle broke on one of the collars we had. I didnā€™t expect anything because I knew we had had it for awhile.

Guess what?! They responded to my email right away (on a weekend and on Super Bowl Sunday) and sent us a new one for a small fee!

Talk about great customer service!

Now that he has grown more into his personality and knows this is home, heā€™s all about the toys.

The Story behind Daily Zed

This page originally started out as Daily Zed.

Zed was adopted from Loudoun County Animal Services in May 2010.

He was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in May 2015 and in August 2015, pulmonary hypertension. He was on several medications several times a day. He passed away in May 2016.

I created #DailyZed as a way to cherish the last year we had with Zed.
