Veterinary Nursing Awareness Month 🩵💙
Meet our Student Veterinary Nurses (SVNs) 👩🏼🏫
You will find our SVNs in light blue tops and in photo order we have Charley, Clare, Charlie, Jess & Jess!
There are a few different ways to become an RVN but all SVNs must complete a minimum of 1800 hours in a veterinary placement. Here at Hollybank we currently have SVNs on their sandwich year from Harper Adams University and Reaseheath. Each SVN is appointed an RVN that has been trained to be a Clinical Coach, to support them through their placement and help them complete their Nursing Progress Log (NPL). All of our SVNs past and present work hard completing their training and some have even come back to us as fully qualified RVNs! 👩🏼⚕️
