Sweet Wrigley got spayed today! A big day for the big kid. She weighed 72.8 lbs at drop off this morning at 2.5 years old. The surgery went great and she's been relaxing at home. She'll spend the next two weeks recovering and then she can enjoy playing with her sisters again! 🤎

Vogasosa of the Ebon Blade, aka Seven 💝 This child carries my whole entire heart with her. She's got such a huge, hilariously devilish and playful personality. 😆

I've decided Seven will be getting spayed later this year, which means Mint will be my only female breeding prospect from Booker x Reckless. We also co-own Kodi with John Flory and Chelzea Laserna, and Hawthorn with Brooke Miller Maxfield, so those three will hopefully be part of the next generation of Tamaskan Dogs to pass down Booker's outcross genetics, and Seven can enjoy being a chaos gremlin pet at home with us. 💕

Ever since the beginning, Seven has had BAD BAD car sickness, which did a significant amount of damage to her ability to enjoy public outings. She's been making a small bit of progress this past year, but not enough to convince me that it would be worthwhile to try breeding her. Multiple puppies from this litter have struggled with car sickness, which really came out of left field, since neither Reckless nor Booker have issues with that in the slightest. It's not a trait I'd like to pass down, if I can help it.

Nat CH Shivermaw of the Ebon Blade "Mint" 💚

Mint is a 1st generation Tamaskan Dog, registered with the Tamaskan Dog Register and the American Rare Breed Association. The breed ranges from 0% to approximately 30% wolf content. Mint herself is F5 (meaning 5 generations removed from the closest pure wolf in her pedigree), and she's 19.9% Gray Wolf. Her sire, Booker, is an Alaskan Husky that earned approval as an official Outcross for the Tamaskan Dog Register!
