Does anyone recognise this dark coloured wobbly dodgery old cat, has atleast one tick and either had op on ears or some sort of a fold breed? He didn't try and eat anything. I film my hedgehogs most nights and have never seen him before, so will wait and see if he comes again before thinking about a trap and scan. Plus I would only end up trapping hedgehogs and don't want to jeopardise a nest of hedgies if a mum gets caught. Maybe new to area and is being looked after/medicated for a condition??? Just putting him out there for now to see if he belongs to anyone or is missing. Please feel free to pm me if you know him, thanks

We will be in the process of introducing him to a couple of lovely potential people in the next few days to see if they like each other 💗 The process won’t be rushed and our priority is how George copes and how safe an area is that he could potentially live, as he does love outside access 🌳🌞🐱

George has had a sad time of late after his owner who adored him passed away suddenly and unexpectedly 💔 George is originally from Guernsey and has come to Jersey to find his new forever home, through his late owners daughter, a local vet here in Jersey. He was already a rescue in Guernsey so this needs to be his final home that he can settle in for the rest of his days. He flew over a week ago and has been settling into the cattery whilst we try and find him that purrfect permanent retirement home❣️
George doesn’t ask for much however likes:
❣️lots of love and to cuddle up on your bed at night
❣️to be able to go outside safely everyday for a short wonder away from busy main roads and a nice safe garden
❣️his own cosy bed that he lounges around in most of the day
❣️a quiet settled retirement home where maybe his person is around most of the time
Due to George’s very timid nature it would be better if a quiet home came up with no young children & no other cats or dogs. However any possibility will be explored with the right person. George is medically fit and does not need any medication.
