Dear precious clients, current and future:

We’d love to have all the time in the world to play with all the cute puppies and kitties but there’s only so many hours in the day! Bummer right?! To be fair to all our pet parents out there, we require minimum of a week cancellation notice. Failing to do so will result in a forfeit of your deposit.

All service and meet and greet deposits are non refundable-no exceptions if the cancellation policies are not followed.

Thank you so much for trusting us with your fur babies and we look forward to meeting you soon and continuing to service our existing loyal fur babies and pet parents!

Thank you so much for all of your requests. We are completely booked until July 31st to August 18th for doggy overnight stays. If we are in the process of booking, do not worry, your spot has been saved and accounted for.
We do still have Drop-in visits available for your pets.

To all of my pet parents and pet care professionals.. this is literally a GAME CHANGER. My house smells amazing ALL the time. House guests can’t believe we even have pets or host furry guests in our house.

Cobe is exhausted from all the recall and focus work we did today. Working on recall with your pet is one of the most important things you could ever do. You want your dog to see the value in coming back to you when called. 🐾🐶
