I have always been partial to black cats myself, though I can't resist any cute face. Mr. Beans just has that personality that makes me want to play with him for hours and cuddle him hours more!

This is Beans (aka Mr. Beans). He is a 10 month old DSH. Mr. Beans is very food motivated and enjoys it in all of its forms. His other great love is to chase the feather toy around, whether it be attached to a wand or not, though he doesn't necessarily have a toy bias. He can also be quite affectionate, especially when snacks are involved. He has a loud and enthusiastic purr. We've got some Happy Tails for this Serotonin Sunday! Sweet Merry was adopted as well as Benny. Their new families gave us quick update photos and both have settled in nicely. Benny is LOVING his new brother.

I've always been told bourbon is acquired taste. While I can't say it would take much for this cutie to win someone's heart, he is a little shy so that might make someone a little hesitant. Bourbon is quite playful and sweet once he warms up.

This is Bourbon. He is a 10 month old DSH. He has the most velvety black fur and a slightly kinked tail. He is smaller than Beans and less food motivated. He likes to play with the feather toy and sit in the windowsill. He is a bit shy in unfamiliar situations, but when comfortable, he is very sweet. He would do well in a quiet home. Oscar gets it. We all need our alone time and our time with our people. He's down for both. Are you?

Oscar is a smart, friendly and sassy guy. Up until a couple of years ago he was living outside on his own and is now enjoying the comforts of also going indoors and having fosters and cat friends who love him. Oscar's exact age is unknown, but estimated to be 8-10 years old. He currently shares a space with two other cats (male and female) and gets along well with both and loves to play and snuggle with Rudy (also available to adopt!). He LOVES to play with toys and also garden with his foster Mom and hang out with her while she's working on art.

Oscar's ideal home would be one with cat savvy adopters that are used to "cat-itude". He is very friendly and loves to be around his people and to be pet but he can get sassy and a bit feisty on occasion when he's not getting his way. Having been a cat that was outside for multiple years, Oscar does enjoy the ability to go outside for short periods of time. He would be very happy having the ability to go and lounge in a very safe and secure cat-proof yard or a catio. Oscar does well with other cats with proper slow introductions, but cannot be in a home with dogs or young children (the cattitude!). He is now litterbox trained since coming into care, but can be particular about placements of litterboxes and also sharing. With multiple litterbox options he is good to go.

Tic is definitely one that exudes that independence while also still wanting that love and cuddles. He adores playing with you, especially if a laser pointer is involved.

Tic is a DSH male born in early June 2024. He is predominantly white with black spots on his ears.

Tic is very outgoing and loves pets. He’s very playful and loves playing with his siblings or chasing a toy, especially a laser pointer! He likes to be in a cat tree and alternates between running up and down or just snuggling in a little tree hut for a nap. He also loves to cuddle up with adult male cats in the house - who allow it - and tries to do the same with the adult female cats - who don’t.

Happiest of New Years to you and yours. With our continued tradition, we're gonna focus on our dear sweet polydactyl girl, Nyx today.

Nyx is a sweet polydactyl tuxedo girl about 6 mos old.

She and her sister Persephone have extra toes on all their paws that look like mittens - too cute! The vet clinic double checked that no extra claws were present between their toes, so are not worried about potential issues in the future.

Nyx is incredibly sweet and loves handing out kisses. She’s a bit skittish around new people, but once she chooses her designated person, she'll pop up onto your lap for a cuddle. She's also big on bedtime snuggles!

Nyx loves her feather toys and laser pointer. She also loves her sister Persephone, and would like to be adopted with her if possible. Nyx leads their little 'one brain cell' duo. She's an independent girl but loves the comfort of being around her people

Sebastian, as a big cat, is definitely the definition of this. He makes himself comfy in the weirdest spots that don't seem like they would fit someone of his size. And yet he is sleeping so soundly.

Sebastian is quite the gentle giant. He loves nothing more than to curl up with you, making extra-large biscuits. Whether curling up is on or beside you is the question. He is very vocal about his wanting your undivided attention, finding closed doors to be a personal insult. He is a fun loving, adventurous boy who loves to climb to the top of the cat tree to look out the window or can find sprawled on the nearest piece of comfy furniture.

Sebastian is looking to be the apple of your eye. He would prefer to be an only pet, where he could spend his time showering you with his adoration. He has recently discovered toys and has a particular interest in catnip toys, wands, and interactive toys that get him moving. He loves scratches under the chin and cuddles while watching TV. This does include watching you play video games. He just loves to spend time with his human.

Carry on, my wayward son!

With all the cats I spend time with, I always end up playing music. Judy seemed to be the one to enjoy this song the most and would come over when I would sing it to her. Then again, she just rather loves being around you in general.

This is Judy. She's an adorable gray kitten with a patch a white on her chest and some mittens to match.

She's a very talkative, but loving gal. She's the first to greet you in the morning and the first to cuddle up at night. She loves to follow you around and is eager to be part of your day. She's a purring machine and will keep it going all day. She very much likes to be picked up and loved on.

Serotonin Sunday!!!

I love these updates so much. Tina was one of our bottle babies that was nursed within the rescue from 2 weeks old. So she had a special place in our hearts. Getting this update made all of our days. We're so happy she's found her people!

"Excuse me, I think you may have forgotten to include bones with our new kitten 😹 Tina, now Gwynn, or Gwinnie, is settling in amazingly and more and more of her feisty little personality is coming out. She did not want a solo room to acclimate and insisted on being all in with the family immediately. She is a little love and cuddle bug who is getting along great with everyone, including her new big brother. Like a typical little sibling, she's even taunting him and trying to get him to play with her when they're not supposed to be playing (like at 3am). She is settling in amazingly and we couldn't be happier with her ❤️"

Ruby is one cat that wants to make a home... with you. As you can see by her photos, nothing is too close. She wants to be right with you, curled up beside you, in your lap watching TV, even sometimes under the covers for naps.

This is little miss is Ruby. She is a 2-month-old gray tabby and the most loving lady of all her siblings.

She's got a purr that never stops, she loves kisses and cuddling right up to you. She enjoys playing with crunkled and ball toys but prefers her time getting pets and loving. Nothing is too close and she has been known to close into jackets to be closer for her cuddles.

Just wanted to extend the invite to join our foster network. There are a lot of perks to being part of our foster network, not just getting all the kitten cuddles - though that is fantastic as well. You also get to name all the kittens and cats in your care as well as get final say on their adoption furever homes! Plus we're all some pretty awesome people to hang out with at Outreach Events, but that might be a biased opinion. 😁

Ah, if there's one thing these two Crowley's have in common, it's humor. While Crowley the kitten is very laid back, he does enjoy sneaking up on siblings and making them jump.

This is Crowley. He's an adorable gray kitten with a patch a white on his chest and some mittens to match.

He's a quiet little guy who enjoys his downtime. He enjoys cuddles and kisses and will even ask politely for more. Don't be fooled though, he does enjoy playtime, with a particular fondness for feathers and kicker toys. He has a great sense of adventure, being the first one of his siblings to explore new surroundings and check out any new toys brought before them.

This sweet face is Benny. Benny is a gray tabby baby boy, about 2 months old.

He's a very good boy who will follow you wherever you may go. He loves to be picked up, kisses and cuddles included. He's got lap kitty tendencies and likes nap times with his person.

Catmas is my favorite time of year!

Did you think we'd let you get away this holiday season without at least one cat-pun for the holidays? Okay, okay, to make up for it i thought I'd post this cutie to brighten your Christmas day or the beginning of your Hanukkah!

Natasha Romanoff is a DSH black female with the silkiest fur. Her estimated birth date is 9-30-2024.

This beautiful girl is confident and friendly. When Natasha gazes up at you, you will melt! She is quick to greet me each morning and the first to climb into my lap (or up on a shoulder). This girl loves to climb. She is pure sweetness and very affectionate. This kitten loves to chase and cuddle with others, so would be very happy to be adopted with one of her siblings or into a home with another cat.

With Clark by your side, you're never alone. He's such a sweetheart and ready to give you all the love an attention he can. He's a boy ready to go the distance.... even if that's technically a Hercules reference.

Clark Kent is a male DSH brown tabby. His estimated birthdate is 9-30-2024.

He has beautiful brown and gold colors in his coat. This cutie kitten is really full of love, so affectionate and purely sweet. Clark is a kitten who looks into your eyes and really connects. His big eyes will melt your heart. He likes to chase plastic springs and pounce on stuffed toys. He is super confident and seeks out a lap for snuggles. You can pick him up and hold him in any position and Clark is at ease. This kitten loves to play and cuddle with siblings, so he would be happy to be adopted with one of his siblings or into a home with another cat.

And this Bruce is all about letting what he does define him. Cuteness? Check. Adventuresome? Check. Quick to explore new toys? Check. Talk to you? Check.

I mean, what more could you ask for?

Bruce Wayne is a DSH dark tabby male. His fur is longer than his siblings which makes him extra soft. His estimated birthdate is 9-30-2024.

This sweet boy is bold and friendly. He loves lap time, being held and receiving head rubs which activates his motorboat purrs. A ball, plastic spring, and fishing pole are his favorite toys. Bruce is a great mix of playfulness and independence. This kitten loves to chase and cuddle with his siblings, so he would be happy with one of his siblings or in a home with another cat.

Serotonin Sundayyyyy!

Meet Maisey, formerly known as Duchess.

This feral mama cat was scheduled for TNR (ear tipped) but so sweet we couldn’t bear to put her back. Kennedy came looking for a kitten but we snuck Duchess/Maisy in for a meeting.

Maisey was sweet but nervous and definitely wanted to be an only child.

Along came sweet Kennedy to take her home and win her trust.

Now they are the center of each other’s worlds. A very, very happy ending. ❤️

Mateo certainly is a rambunctious angel with whiskers, but he is quite the sweetheart as well. He's just also a bundle of energy, but believe when that naptime hits, he's down for the count and loves getting those extra cuddles in.

Mateo is a very friendly and social DSH black male kitten about 3 months old.

He loves his people and his siblings and negotiated an understanding with the adult cats and the dog in his foster home - most notably by standing his ground puffed up like a Halloween Cat. He now runs the show along with his siblings. The adults even give way at the food bowl.

Mateo loves to curl up in a cuddle puddle on his foster mom's lap after the zoomies, and purrs as soon as you start petting him. He also likes to sit on your shoulder when you are on the couch and wind around your neck for kitty kisses and head bumps.

He is also very comfortable and brave with the 4-year-old in his home and loves chasing after her as she drags a feather wand toy around.

Mateo will thrive in an active home with lots of attention and running room. He loves to romp and nap with his siblings so would do best in a home with one of them or another young, friendly cat in the home.
