Kozy Kritters We provide an avenue by which caring pet owners can surrender pets they, for what ever reason, are no longer able to keep or care for.

Founded by Madison and Rhonda. We are a mother-daughter duo who has volunteered with a number of small animal rescues over the last 15 years. Operating out of our home we accept, and where necessary rehabilitate, small animals from cat's to rats and everyone in between. We can accept animals based on space limits and we accept them from all sorts of backgrounds & needs. We will keep them until we

can find them a new forever human companion! Regrettably however we are unable to accept dogs. If you are looking for a new friend please check out our ''Adoptables'' album. A loving animal is just waiting for you. Likewise, if you find you are in a situation where you must surrender a loving pet you can no longer care for, a stray from your area or an unexpected litter and you would like help re-homing them, please let us know. We are careful who we place animals and we do charge a small fee for adoption and surrender as we We do operate completely out of our own pockets otherwise. so if you feel moved to donate cat or small critter food, litter/shavings, cages or supplies then it would be greatly appreciated! We have a hedgehog in our care currently that is urinating blood. We are going to need to take her into an emergency clinic if our regular vets instruct us. If you were in the position to help, any amount at all, will help us get this girl the care that she needs. I’ve attached some photos. **TW**

Personality: Faster than the speed of light, kookier than a car full of clowns, Rocket is ready to set off in the direction of your heart! This silly boy is full of energy, love and mischeif. He is always ready to start a new adventure or to grab some couch and snuggle up! ❤️🐾 He has proven to us that he would make a great addition to any family looking to spice up their life. Rocket loves other animals (children included) and is super gentle.

**These are our updated hours of operation. Occasionally, we will have Sunday events in store.

As a busy rescue, we are obviously running 24/7 and always working towards the best interest for all of the animals. However, we have set boundaries in place so that we can still maintain our personal care and lives. Kozy Kritters believes in better mental health for all and that starts with self care!

Our messages are always being monitored for emergencies and we always encourage our community to reach out if there’s something that they need or an animal is in need. We will do our best to attend to emergencies as they come in however, we ask for patience for all non-urgent inquiries. We are a very small team often working double time to accommodate the needs of the animals/community.**

Personality: Bow & Peep were found in a box abandoned in a park in Orleans on a hot day. Luckily for them, some caring souls found them and reached out to us. The girls were in great shape coming in and have only gotten better!

Bow is a little timid at first however she seeks comfort her sister bravery. The girls appear to be rather young and have some trust to build but are very gentle to handle. They would make a great addition to any home with patience & love to spare. The girls seem to do well with dogs, cats and other animals. We have tested them with children as young as five and they appear to tolerate children who are calm and slower moving.

Personality: Meet Ms. Le Mew, a charmer who fears nothing and no one. Despite her small size, Lenny confidently takes playful swings at the two pitbulls she shares her home with. The resident cat isn’t her biggest fan, but that doesn’t bother her one bit. She’s a determined attention-seeker who loves to curl up and demands pets exactly when she wants them, most likely while chasing your toes. Ms. Le Mew is the queen of zoomies, often seen parkouring off tables and furniture. If you’re interested in learning more about Lennox or submitting an application, please send us a message.

We are careful who we place animals with and we pre-screen to ensure that every animal gets the very best home. We do operate complete out of our own pockets and so we do charge an adoption fee.
