Opal is a very sweet 11 month old.
She was one of several dogs in a cruelty case. Her owner not only did not feed her but also abused her. She was found living in filth (f***s & urine) by Clermont County Animal Shelter. Once the courts said she could be adopted, she came to us and is now interviewing for a new home!
