Leadville come April there will be two dog training classes (puppy and adult) offered through the Rec Center.

Please make sure that you are keeping your pets safe this weekend. Update dog tags, microchip information, secure gates, and grab some enrichment items to occupy your dogs. If your pets do take off please contact your local animal shelter and report your missing pet. Have a safe weekend folks

I am so excited for this upcoming training!

Exciting news! Caitlin and Jenna from Give a Dog a Bone Dog training will be partnering together for group classes. This summer, they’ll be instructing the Rowdy Reactive Rovers classes!
(Previous RRR classes stopped in 2020 after Caitlin was injured)

Two classes available
1. 10:00 - 11:00 Rowdy Reactive Rovers

2. 11:15 - 12:15 RRR Intermediate*

* students must be a current client with Jenna/Caitlin or have previously taken RRR with Caitlin.

Off leash is a privilege for dogs. If your dog does not have good recall keep them on a leash. It does not matter if your dog is friendly, not all dogs are friendly, or want a new friend. Be considerate and thoughtful. Always call your dog back when people or dogs approach and if they don’t come back they should stay on leash until they learn.

Graduation day for my Leadville class. It is amazing to see how much progress these dogs can make in 6 weeks, with dedicated owners who are consistent. Way to go team! Keep your eyes peeled for the next class if you missed out this time around. ❤

Jenna offers group dog training classes and private dog training lessons. The dog training classes and private lessons all get homework sent out after every lesson. Jenna is available to answer any questions you may have to help you train your dog.
