Scrap's Book - Tails of The Dog from Down Under in Donegal Scrap was rescued in Australia in 2001,moved to Ireland in 2007, & passed away 29Dec2015.This page continues in his memory & in honour of all loved dogs. X

Hi everyone & thanks so much for visiting my page. Inspired by my beautiful big friend Finn's World of Finn, (I looked up to him both emotionally & literally!) I persuaded one of my humans to start up a page so I can share my story & hopefully share some of the joy that they say I bring to them. I know technically it really should be "Tales...", but well, I just thought "Tails..." was more appro

priate.
**UPDATE**
I went to The Rainbow Bridge on 29 Dec 2015 - I was 17 years young - but will be loved & remembered always, and Mum continues this page in my honour, and all dogs that are loved.

We are inundated with calls from people looking for us to take in animals, but we are COMPLETELY full and can only add them to our waiting list.

The reality is that we cant take in every single animal that we are contacted about, however much it breaks our hearts, and with the development from this last week its more important than ever that we all stand together, help out, and are patient.

We are working flat out and trying to blackmail us, either emotionally or finacially, will not make kennel spaces available but will only upset and stress our volunteers even more, which is not fair.

ISPCA CAN STILL BE CONTACTED ON ISPCA NATIONAL HELPLINE: 0818 515 515

We encourage people to make their objection to the withdrawal of services in Donegal heard.

AIN's volunteers can not do this alone. We need to stand together

Teddies for Puppies is a simple but heartfelt campaign running from August 1st to August 9th at Letterkenny Community Centre. The aim is to collect unwanted teddy bears and safe dog toys to comfort dogs currently living in Irish pounds.

A clearly marked drop-off container featuring the Teddies for Puppies logo will be available at the centre throughout the collection period. Members of the public are warmly encouraged to donate any soft teddies or suitable dog toys they no longer need.

After August 9th, the donated items will be personally delivered to pound dogs across Ireland, bringing a bit of love and comfort to animals who need it most.
Over 7,000 dogs entered Irish pounds last year, many of them experiencing loneliness, stress, and anxiety. A simple teddy can make a big difference in helping them feel safe and cared for.
