me help you!. We use the products we retail so we know we will give you TRUE VALUE for your hard earned money. My suppliers have generous amount of stock and if you can't find what you need it maybe I just haven't uploaded it to the website yet so contact me. If we have not received payment within 3 working days from date of order, we reserve the right to cancel your order. (my suppliers will not hold items unless we have pre approval However we do offer a layby system )

Country Scene Saddlery is an online Business. We are retailers and Affiliate's on behalf of our saddlers/manufacturers/wholesalers. We have full written and verbal permission to use and post/copy/print photos and descriptions of every product we sell. We use our suppliers Recommended Retail Prices and products will be shipped directly from the suppliers or they will ship /post to us in NSW and we will do quality check and then post direct to customers (NOTE please allow time to Australia post or shipping from USA or or other countries )
Country Scene Saddlery contacts all suppliers prior to processing and we obtain an approximate time frame for ordering prior to processing, however some of our products have to be manufactured or shipped from overseas and we will not be held responsible for delays in manufacturing or shipment/postage delays. We do check prior to processing for ETA but some products maybe on back order and subject to change (without notice). Supplier will dispatch to US or Direct to buyer . Tracking numbers will be sent once they are given by suppliers.or they will ship /post to us direct in NSW and we will do quality check and then post direct to customers (NOTE please allow time to Australia post or shipping from USA and countries ) we will forward tracking once received. NOTE : Country Scene Saddlery will not be held responsible for delays in Postage,
Some items may take up to 1 to 2 weeks (will be quoted) to come to us then we need to send out we can offer you express Post to make it faster at buyers expense .Please do not abuse us for delays in postage as its out of our control. Some suppliers will not send direct so we will try to get them in and out as fast as we can. (Buggez Fly veils and False Tails )
With handmade or custom products you enter a legally binding contract, accepting all of the above terms. Our suppliers use Australia Post, and freight couriers such as TNT and EMS and FEDEX . Note:
We will offer Insured Postage, ect. However products will only be sent with insurance at your request and suppliers/manufacturers and Country Scene Saddlery are not liable for any damage/loss incurred in transit if you choose not insure your product. All products leave suppliers/manufacturers in perfect condition. NOTE Colours for all products in Photos are a guide and may vary .. Guarantees/Warranty: My Suppliers are certified and product warranties will apply. Goods will be refunded or replaced if found defective in workmanship or material. Please choose carefully Refunds will not be given for wrong sizes or wrong choices we can only cover warranties for defective workmanship or materials. Please choose your items, sizes, and colours carefully we use photos and descriptions that are from the Manufacturer and sometimes the colours may change. Country Scene Saddlery will not be held liable for you changing your mind because you didn't like the colour or bought the wrong size ETC I will do my best to send as many photos as possible and as much information as possible prior to processing orders,
Note International products : if Country Scene Saddlery receives a product and it does not past our quality check it will be sent back for replacement.so may have a delay. Shipping / Postage Charges and payment options
