Today at 1pm with my 2 older daughters and I holding her tight, Cleo was put to sleep peacefully.
I have too many words. And a very long video and overshare. Anyone that knows me...knows what this girl meant to me. She never once failed me. Wherever I went, she did too. Biggest lap dog there was.❤️ The untrained emotional support dog. She understood me so well and she loved me no matter what. She was the absolute best dog. I could not have asked any more from her. She was friends with everyone and anyone. She co existed with all sorts of other animals and never once batted an eyelid as the hunting dog in her breed suggests she should have been. Cleo taught me so much about grooming. We done comps in creative grooming which was one of my dreams. Even winning one year. Although my princess preferred to be a feral and rough nut. The beach her favourite...just like her mum.
Cleo absolutely adored her babies. Especially my eldest who she took on as she was with me. They have always been best friends. Watching the girls hearts also break today was very very hard as their mum. But I am so so proud they chose to stay and hold her til the very end. I don't think I will ever recover from losing my best friend. She will forever be a part of my life story. My one and only heart dog. I will see you oneday when I cross that rainbow bridge and come find you my girl.💔🐩

I'm so sad to hear the news of the passing of one of my most long term customers Teddy. As I look back on the memories of my little friend I realise how fast time goes. Almost 9 years I have been pampering Ted. Even after I moved away his lovely owners have been travelling an hour+ to bring Teddy to me for his grooms. Miss Cleo has loved having her old friend visiting her. We will miss you my little buddy.

Miss Rosie absolutely loves that she has her own personal visitor come to pamper her. My little best friend cannot contain her happiness for the entire groom. Love you my crazy little friend.🤣🥰❤️

This storm crept up on me today! Lucky there was noone around to hear my "Teddy is a GOOD boy, Teddy's going to get CHEESE!!!" song to keep my little buddy calm.🤣
Miss Poppy the toy poodle is not quite 1 year old yet and such a well behaved pup. We started Poppy on her grooming schedule very early on and she has learnt the routine and adjusted to the grooming experience very well. ❤️

When you're a beautiful girl with a lovely coat to scissor, pose like a superstar...and groomer Jen would beg to borrow you for a grooming competition...BUT...you dislike being groomed. 💔😫

I've been trialling some new shampoos and my new mate the frothing duck. Most professional shampoos and conditioners need to be diluted for use. This guy helps me mix up the correct amount. Your pooches may or may not be smelling a little different. I'm always on the hunt for the best of the best. I don't stick to one brand to "suit all". I am very fussy and carry different ones for different coat/skin types. 🙂
I got told off today... Roxy was unimpressed I took her brother in for his bath first.🤣
Acts like entering the trailer is terrifying.Has to be carried by 2 people to get in.... Then spends the entire time of his spaw visit hardly keeping his eyes open,falling asleep and loving every second.🤣
