Bids for Barks This page is to provide info to our loyal supporters about all upcoming and past events. It takes a village - and we have a great one!

One night in 2008, Lynn Schlender had one of her crazy ideas, shared it with her girlfriends and less than a year later, Bids for Barks was born. Since then, we and our team of volunteers have held the auctions annually to benefit various rescue groups in Southwest Michigan with the support of our amazingly generous animal-loving donors! Our vision is to facilitate the efforts of animal rescue o

rganizations through fundraising; with a specific focus on the area of spay and neuter to reduce the unplanned pet population, thereby alleviating the strain on local shelters.
